the hotel in in fantastic place the facilities was very clean organized, the staff was very helpful ,kind and the hospitality of the staff was amazing the food was special and the animation team was clever and different

Старый отель, в котором неприятно находиться из-за отсутствия нормальных условий для отдыха

Наличие собственного рифа с рыбками. Аниматоры Сотрудники сервиса уборки номеров. Только благодаря этим ребятам, мы передумали писать полностью отрицательный отзыв. Ребенок отравился. Пришлось сутки сидеть с ней в номере. Ребята приносили фрукты, интересовались как дела, было очень приятно подобное внимание. Большое спасибо Вам! И к уборке номера нет никаких вопросов – все отлично! Достался номер с хорошим видом.

Устаревший отель с убогой инфраструктурой. Египетский пансионат, а не 4 звездочный отель XXI века. В помещения столовых (назвать их ресторанами язык не повернется) отвратительные запахи, старая мятая, битая посуда, большие очереди за скудной едой. Все организовано очень плохо. Чтобы позавтракать толпы людей идут через лобби, в это же время снаружи заходят толпы вновь приехавших отдыхающих. Находиться здесь неприятно. Ассортимент в барах (все включено) очень ограничен. Напитки из стаканчиков тонкого пластика 200 ML выглядит как издевательство. Сотрудники всеми своими действиями дают понять, что за человеческое отношение нужно бы доплатить. Бассейны здесь для галочки. Детский с неработающим баром внутри – это вообще бред! Детский бассейн с баром! Вы с головой дружите? По территории разгуливают собаки и кошки. Оценка по отзывам завышена! пояснение к ответу администрации: Dear, Wael Ramadan! I am in no way accusing your hotel of poisoning a child. Perhaps she swallowed water from the pool or the sea and poisoned herself. And it has nothing to do with the quality of the food in your hotel! I just wrote that the staff took care! And as for plastic cups, I have a question for you - why do the COVID requirements not apply to paid cocktails? I ask you to think about changing the format of these cups (increase the size and density) and diversify the choice of drinks, because this is not a problem!

Le TOP, soleil - poissons - repas - personnel - un séjour proche de la perfection

Repas bon et varié Le BBQ au restaurant Marina est un pur bonheur L'accès direct à la barrière de corail et au récif. Chambre : nous avons choisi la suite junior c'est parfait, vue imprenable, spacieux, confortable. Implantation idéale à mi-chemin entre la réception et la marina avec le récif.

Rien Wifi un peu faible vers le restaurant Marina, mais présent!

Accueil agréable et efficace ; disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel ; taille et équipement de la chambre ; vue sur la mer.

Fuite d'eau du plafond durant la nuit ; cheveux et poils dans la salle de bain et le lit ; frigo très bruyant ; porte du balcon se referme mal donc courants d'air ; qualité et diversité de la nourriture pauvre en comparaison des hôtels de ce standing à Hurghada ; musique trop forte à la piscine ; cocktails de mauvaise qualité ; massages non professionnels ; pas assez de chaises longues à la piscine ; pas de plage de sable ; vise une clientèle âgée.

Amazing Trip

The room, food, heated pool, the room view and the crew. It was amazing. Great hospitality. The crew was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed it to the max. Loved the activity at the pool during the day and the theater in the evening, the day was full of things today, love it. Will definitely go again.

Grand hôtel ( 500 chambres ) avec belles piscines Vue sur le lagon

Nourriture moyenne en qualité et variété Difficultés à trouver un transat car une armée d allemands en short les réserve dès 7:00 du mat , même si c'est interdit Vendeurs en tous genres dans l'hôtel ( massage, portrait, boisson, glaces, etc ) qui vous importunent a la plage

Fantastic staff, lovely location and mesmerising views

Huge resort with so many options. The staff were great, the animation team were fantastic, great laugh and lots of fun! We loved the options for dinner and so many sunbeds around the pool and the beach/ lagoons

The bed was a little hard but still a lovely room

very comfortable hotel to relax in Hurghada

the hotel exceeded our expectations. everything was amazing. good food, cold beer, friendly staff. in our last day we checkout in the morning, left the luggage there, enjoyed the whole day on the beach and the hotel has made a shower room available for us at the end of the day. can’t be more grateful about this amazing experience.

Good buffets for all meals. All-inclusive make this quite a good value for the money. The staff is pleasant and attentive.

This is a basic tourist hotel that does the job if you are looking for an inexpensive all-inclusive hotel in Hurghada. The "beach" isn't that nice.

really great spot for a relaxed stay by the sea

I loved the sea views and the well kept gardens, the staff were great, especially Karem. They have all the facilities you need and it’s wonderful to be able to walk around having free coffee food and wine :) The walk way to the sea is really great and in general the hotel is very spacious and relaxed, the guests are international so is very interesting to enjoy all the nationalities and all you need is very well catered for. also the on-site taxi office also very useful. in general a great spot for a 1 night airport stopover by the sea, on route elsewhere , next time hopefully I’ll stay a few days longer.
