اشكر مستر يحيى من الريسبشن جدا لاهتمامه بتوفير غرف مناسبه لاحتياجتنا. و اشكر Guest relation team لاهتمامه بالتأكد اننا مبسوطين من الاقامه. كمان House keeping كويسين جدا و كان كل يوم بيفاجأ الاولاد بأشكال حلوه بالفوط. الاكل ممتاز ف العشاء بالذات البسين جميل و كمان البحر رملي و الانقاذ منتشرين على الشاطيء كله

It’s family oriented hotel, a lot of small kids. Very nice sandy beach, There are small corals in the water and I recommend wearing beach shoes ( you can buy them inside the hotel for $10) Also has a small area for snorkeling with beautiful corals. Food was very delicious. Alcoholic beverages ARE included in all inclusive, there is no extra charge of $25 per person per night . Al a carte restaurants are included for all booking guests, not only one time. I tried the mexican restaurant, only the fajita was good, but far away from authentic food. The Hotel is offering diving and snorkeling trips, safari, spa & massages, everything you need. There is a pharmacy and beach store inside the hotel and hotel clinic. The staff is Friendly. We booked two rooms and got an upgrade for villa, our stay was amazing thanks to Husein at reception .

Beach is closing at 6pm which is too early, since the sunset was around 7:30pm.

Cute resort, nice beach and cleaning personnel were super nice.

No wifi. Rooms seem much older then in pictures. Front desk was not super helpful or not helpful at all. Its time they refresh the interior up to the point they advertise it. Oh also being an American doesn’t help. Once they hear you are from US they either try to scam you or give you judgmental face. One guy actually openly said it to me “We dont like Americans here”. Well guess what- I am not crazy about you guys too. Their customer service is like “ali express” “wish list” version of European/American customer service. They try, but it’s nowhere near how it should be. To sum it up- great sea and climate, very uncomfortable personnel and people who try to scam you anywhere you go. If you are ok with these things go for it. Otherwise stick to more civilised options in Europe or other countries who live in 2023 and not 1842.

Our stay was amazing, the staff were kind and the services were outstanding. We were greeted by Ms. Hadeel when we arrived to the hotel and she was super kind and sweet. The location was nice and the view was even better with the Red Sea mountains. The food variety was good for the three meals, could be better though. The rooms were cleaned well and the housekeeping service was as good as it can be. The animation team were amazing and we were fortunate enough to see them twice.

However, the beach was rocky and you need beach shoes to be able to walk on the shore. Another thing is that they really need to improve the quality of the drinks in the restaurant.
