It was the PERFRCT vacation for e tire family from grandparents to grandkids!
It had everything for every member of the family!! The choice of food was amazing! The grandkids (13 years old) said it was BEST VACATION EVER!!!’ They never want to leave..
The communication of all the events was sometimes hard to find. I think we were supposed to get a flyer everyday in our room about day activities but that did t happen. But it was posted so it was still great!

It was okay.
liked the proximity to the beach and it was beautiful.
issues with AC and fan in room. fridge not always stocked-inconsistent. restaurants were so-so. the included activities were short-lived and didn’t take you to very good spots for snorkeling or glass bottom boating. just overall very inconsistent service, food, experiences.

Bad
The first day we arrived the concierge did not send our luggage up for almost an hour even when we called for them. We went down to get it ourselves. I was shocked to see our luggage in the middle of the Key West Village lobby while the staff was just laughing and chatting with one another. There was no other guests. No one at the front desk introduced us to the facilities and events. We felt very unwelcomed. Most staff are trained to smile, but felt very fake. Especially at the Key West Village front desk. We enjoyed the beach, water park, and French Villa pool. Food was good at McMacs, Arizona's, Schuners, and Bayside (only breakfast). Do not eat dinner at Bayside. Buffet is so dry it's inedible. Lastly, we got a 30 minute extension for checkout time. Apparently, the front desk didn't tell the staff and we had 3 different staff come banging on our door between 11 and 11:30. They are so eager to kick us out. I felt so rushed to leave that I left 4 winter coats in the closet. I called the hotel at the airport, and a staff told me they would mail them to me. I called back for the shipping confirmation they promised, and they said our winter coats were not in the room. I made them check again, and the manager also says that housekeeping could not find them. Even my 7 year old and 5 year old remember the coats hanging on the closet. I hung them myself. Where else would our winter coats be in the resort?! The coats do not have feet and run away on their own. Either the hotel doesn't want to ship them or they already tossed them or they were stolen. I reported theft. Key West Village is irresponsible. Never go there.

Go to Beaches - you won't regret it.
Very enjoyable stay. A variety of pools and different activities. Loved the water park and beach. Something for all ages. Soy was good. Bed was good. Swim up bars were great.
Kimono was OK. Food was salty and too chewy. Tennis facilities were dilapidated.

Pleasant
The beach is amazing, the food very good for choice and quality. The premises are well kept and spectacular, including the pools. There is a variety of things to do so even 2 weeks spent there will not get you bored. We were in the Caribbean village and were happy as it was the quietest and you could still do anything you wanted in the other villages. Rooms are generally spacious (at least in the Caribbean village) with up to 2 balconies but be careful: the oceanfront ones are sold on Booking.com with a picture showing a view of the ocean when there is none (oceanfront is basically pool/palms view).
The concierge and reception are totally absent when you have a problem: they tell you several times they would follow up/ the manager would call but they do not care. The resort staff in general are kind but some have attitude and they are super slow in assisting you. Also, the Beaches workers themselves give you conflicting information and are not well prepared/supportive of the customer (for example no one had a clue that the Sesame street character breakfast had been moved to another area and we had to find out ourselves by walking up and down). The only thing they seem to be very good at is getting more money out of you: there is an army of photographers (not always very skilled) that pops out of bushes any time you book a special activity and rush taking tens of pictures that then you are offered to buy for 300something dollars. Another example is that I booked a family cabana dinner and we found ourselves in a candlelight romantic beach dinner - not appropriate for young children but obviously more expensive and lucrative for them (my wife and I went twice to reception to book and again to reconfirm the cabana dinner on the day and 2 reception people were there assisting so they could not have possibly heard wrong and twice on the type of dinner booked: it was intentional mis-booking). Unfortunately, I also have to mention that we all got bed bugs and a dress has disappeared from the only luggage left open in the room (the dress was the first item one on top of the other items inside the opened luggage: us 3 adult people saw it so it is not a case where we have lost it elsewhere or are mad). I travel a lot and have no budget problems but this is not a 5 star resort nor one that is worth 15'000+ dollars a week. Their only luck is to be the biggest and most comprehensive resort on a small set of islands with a very beautiful seaside.

It was just ok, I expected so much more for the amount that I paid
The property was very beautiful & well maintained
My room was like a 3 star hotel. I paid too much money for the accommodations that I received. when I asked to change my room, I was told $2,000 more

The beach made up for our stay
The location was great! Beach access was convenient. The natural beauty of the beach was really what made up our stay. If it wasn't for the beach and the scenery I don't believe staying at this specific resort was necessary. Most restaurants here were decent. Curtis, the manager there was understanding and helped resolve issues we had during our stay.
The staff was not the best. Most staff members had an attitude and seemed like they didn't really enjoy working there. There were miscommunications throughout our stay and we were told two different things from several staff members. We had issues with our initial room since even though the wifi is included in the package, it didnt work in our room. It was really inconvienent for us since we have a baby with eczema and he can't be in the sun for too long. During the day time, we wanted to spend most of our time in the room until it was cooler in the late afternoon. The staff member who initially helped us gave us an attitude and basically said we were complaining for no reason. Eventually, the manager at the facility, Curtis, helped resolve the situation and upgraded us to a better room that had wifi. Some of the restaurants there were closed during our stay so that was a little disappointing. Additionally, for one of our dinners at the italian restaurant, Marios, they took 2 hours to bring our entrées after we put in our order and we went there to celebrate my birthday. We were extremely unhappy with the wait time and when we would ask how much longer it would take, they said couple of seconds, but that would be another 30 minutes. Other parties were very upset as well. One family just walked out and left. Another family was yelling at the waitress. Clearly, something happened in the kitchen and they didn't want to provide an explanation. When the food did come out, the pasta I had was not that great. Overall, the stay was ok. I have been to other all inclusive resorts in the past but this one definitely didnt meet my expectations. Especially the customer service needs major improvements. Most staff members had attitudes or no emotions. I personally would not go back to this specific resort if I do visit Turks and Caicos in the future.
