Localização e tranquilidade

Quartos tardiamente arrumados, tivemos sempre q pedir. Sempre depois das 15h. No domingo às 9:30 já m havia massa dos crepes. Preciso pedir 4 vezes um café americano p nos trazerem. Aspectos a melhorar. Eficiência!

Die Suite mit dem grossen Garten und die kurze Distanz zum Meer war genial! Tolle Aussicht und sehr ruhig! Die gesammte Hotelanalage ist wunderschön gärtnerisch angelegt. Super Laufdistanz nach Santa Maria mit tollen Restaurants.

Wir hatten nur ZF und das Frühstücksbuffet war durch die unmitivierten Mitarbeiter nicht so schön. Zu wenig Tische im Aussenbereich und lange Wartezeiten. Da wir nur Frühstück hatten haben wir uns nicht so geärgert. Das Frühstück im Beach Restaurant war mit Bedienung und das war perfekt.

Wir haben mit Zuzahlung ein Suit genommen. Super Blick und große Zimmer.

Bis 4:15 am Strandrestaurant Bounty Party feiern und andere Gäste nicht schlafen lassen.

1/Accueil réception trop long , manque de personnel 2/Tenue des chambres : changement serviettes et tapis sol salle de bain très irrégulier

A higiene, a atenção do staff, as instalações, a localização, o restaurante da praia e o pequeno almoço. Todo o espaço verde envolvente transporta-nos para uma espécie de “óasis num deserto”.

Gostámos de tudo de forma geral, no entanto, para o custo praticado, achamos que deveria haver mais opção alimentar ao jantar, tanto em escolha de pratos como em espaços diferentes.

Super Anlage, toller Pool, angenehme Atmosphäre am Strand und leckeres Frühstück.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, die Größe und die Aussicht der Suite, die Ruhe und der wunderschöne Strand waren hervorragend.

Das die Strandhandtücher nicht am Strand, sondern am Pool ausgegeben wurden.

Sehr schönes, großes Zimmer, obwohl einfache Kategorie. Das Personal war extrem Hilfsbereit und super nett und freundlich. Egal ob Rezeption, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Bar, Flughafentransfer. Alles top!

The Hilton Sal is a great hotel with a beautiful garden, great facilities and very nice and comfortable rooms and beds. The garden and pool was amazing

Nothing to mention other that the dinner buffet is limited in choice and the salads or veggie dishes at the pool bar are too small and few!

Ich hätte mir etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit des Personals im Bounty (strandrestaurant) gewünscht. Wie haben teils lange auf einen Kellner:in gewartet (> 20 min) und mussten das Personal erst aktiv ansprechen, obgleich 4 Mitarbeitende im Durchgang standen.

L’accueil du personnel moyen. Une chambre excentrée et à côté d’une zone de travaux alors que l’hôtel est vide.

Les chambres vue sur océan n'ont pas de vue totale sur l'océan... attention ! Ce sont des vues partielles, non précisées dans le détail de la chambre. On a du demander de changer de chambre à 2 reprises, pour finalement rester sur une vue piscine, qui donnait sur de la verdure et le beau bassin, plutôt que la vue partielle sur mer, qui donne surtout sur une moitié d'océan et une moitié de terrain désert...

1. Room cleaning: once when I returned to the room the leftover of toilet paper roll was put on my personal hairbrush 2. Absence of disposable slippers in the room 3. Will be good to have shower door to protect the rest of the bathroom from the water when you are taking shower

Staff was absolutely AMAZING!! Everyone was always super nice and very helpful from reception, to breakfast, to pool bar and beach restaurant! Thank you so much!! The hotel is beautiful, full of green areas, huge pool, comfy sun beds. Food was alright, everything very overpriced but it’s Hilton and more than expected to be this way. The beach is just in front of the hotel, with white sand and water is warm. There is the water activities center on the beach where you can book diving, snorkeling, kitesurfing, water bikes, kayaking, SUP, etc. Staff was very nice there and can speak Portuguese, English, Spanish, French and Criolo. My friend is celiac and needed gluten free food, the hotel was great accommodating this, for breakfast she always had gluten free bread, croissants, cakes, etc; they French fries are done separately and they also had gluten free bread for burgers. You can easily walk to Santa Maria city through the walking area behind the beach, it’s about 10minutes, you will find a supermarket on the way too. You can also book the day trip to the island and the turtle night trip at the hotel reception (35€), if you book with people you find in the street it will cost 25€. We absolutely loved the week we spend at Hilton!
