La vicinanza con il mare…fuori dal Resort puoi trovare di tutto ,puoi uscire anche a piedi …e il venticello e li che fa caldo e molto importante 😂😂

the very helpful staff the food the cocktail bar the very nice spacious rooms the cleanliness

the drinks in the all inclusive bars, a little more thought into training your bar staff so that they present the drinks as best they can. simple things like lemons and limes and garnish. just a little bar training can take your all inclusive drinks to the next level.

Lovely staff, beautiful hotel but don’t get ripped off by the taxis.

The staff were really lovely and always on hand to assist. My room was upgraded which was really nice of the staff. Food was nice with a variety of options. You get what you pay for.

The person who organised taxis was a rip off. Best going outside the hotel and getting a taxi for cheap. Using dollars was ridiculous when you converted the cost and got it cheaper. I could smell weed on my side of the hotel and be warned that the partying does not end until past midnight.

As work i just spent most of time out of Hotel but in general Aurorua Hotel is very good

i would like to thank the all staff specially Mr. Mohamed Salah & Yasmeen from reception they were very supported team

The room was very far from service area (Restaurant & entrance) In Morning time till the mid of day the water was very weak

The treatment of the reception staff is very wonderful, especially Mr. Mohamed Salah, and there was a lady there also at the reception. She was wonderful in her treatment with the guests..Also, Mr. Osama helped the guests to get them to their rooms..There was Mr. Ahmed, the waiter in the main restaurant, I know him well and he is very good..The restaurant manager Mr. Haitham really deserves respect..Mr. Ahmed, who is in charge of the swimming pool near the beach, really treats him very wonderful and likes to help the guests in everything and is really smiling. Even my friends from Poland were the first time they visited this hotel, but I have been to this hotel more than once..I love I would like to thank all the staff of the Aurora Hotel for this wonderful treatment, and I would like to thank once again Mr. Mohamed Salah, the receptionist .. and Mr. Mohamed Abdel Sattar, the cleaning supervisor

Great value for money

Nice and very helpful staff especially mohamed Salah , Sherin the Receptionist and Essam shisha - hookah- corner attendant , variety of delicious food , clean hotel and room ,pool was lovely, animation team were great , diving centre that plan any trip easily , good location .

The room bathroom were a bit old and didn’t has a lot of personal care supplies.

Staff is amazing. Mostafa Serang and Sherin Choukouch Majardiam are just great hosts. Food was good, room were clean, great ambiance at the beach and at the pool. Big thumbs up everywhere.

nice holiday

i spend here so nice week all was so nice and tge place is so good and this not my first time here the room was so nice so big so clean and i had all the stuff i need the food was perfect and look so nice and too many choices for the food and the stuff was so nice the bool area was nice and clean the beach is amazingggg i loved the beach so much with every thing and the stuff on the beach really nice and so helpful animation team is so friendly so cool they always smiling enjoy and they have too much games thanks for animation team salma sara omar dj omar mohamed lina i would come again and all the time ❤️

Great staff and services available for free!!

Great services and staff at the hotel. The hotel has everything and more to offer in terms of entertainment, location, services and convenience. Multiple pools, private beach area equipped with food/towels/A.C and drinks - there’s even a drink/bar area inside the pool! Resort is stunning and very spacious. The all inclusive option is definitely worth the price as it is not too expensive and offers a variety of food and staff are very welcoming. There are convenience stores inside the hotel as well as an atm, taxi service and tour guides. Additionally the room service and reception staff are top notch, they voluntarily reach out to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible and promptly deal with any issues.

Unfortunately, there are no female only pool areas which can be an issue for Muslim families staying here. Other than that, honestly a great place to stay for holiday. Deffo recommend!

Outdated but reflective in the price and package offered.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel meal options were varied and very good.

I stayed for three nights and I had to change my room three times. I was initially given a room on the ground when my booking was for a room with a balcony. Then I was moved into another room with a balcony but the wear and tear of the room was very noticeable e.g the safety box did not have door handle, the hotel room door became jammed and I was stuck in the room and bathroom fixtures were broken. Information about the hotel e.g room service and front desk number was not provided in the room so I had to press random numbers on the telephone hoping it connected me to the front desk to inform them my room door was jammed and I was locked inside. I informed the hotel and I was moved into another room the second night but the telephone did not work in the room so someone had to come and wake me up by knocking on my door for my wake-up call. Although, the facilities in this room was better. The hotel needs an upgrade in some areas, especially the room and it's facilities. However, I think this is reflected in the price. The staff also conducts a room check before you can physically leave the hotel when you check-out. I travel very frequently (12 times ) a year internationally and stay in hotels ranging from 3-5 stars and this was the very time that I had been made to wait for a room check-out to be completed before I could physically leave the hotel. This might be the norm in this hotel or Sharm El Sheik but it must be communicated very clearly when checking - in or when a guest request a check-out to avoid delays and missed flight. Some staff in the reception were not that helpful in handling complaints and complaints should be remedied quickly with minimal inconvenience to the guest. The hotel should consider offering promotional package for the spa treatments which is advertised widely across the hotel for all guests and not a just a selected few who uses the pool and the beach- this was a missed opportunity on their part.

Choose another hotel

Great location, shops, pharmacies, etc. Big room, good wi-fi in the room. Good sound insulation. A beautiful garden. Good children's playground. Wide beach, with sandy entrance to the sea, but no windbreaks. Italian guests 90%.

The restaurant room and hotel corridors are in a very critical condition. Renovation is necessary. The quality of the food should be improved and the glass should be removed from the food counter. Uncomfortable tables and chairs in the restaurant (tables are low, chairs are high).

Large spacious outside areas -choice of pools.

Large spacious bedroom Cleaned every day with free water .

Birds around the outside dining areas . Couldn’t leave food on table. Glasses for drinks could have been colder . Music round pool same every day.

It was a relaxing vacation with fun .

Great room best shower I’ve had in sharm. Probably best all inclusive food I’ve had in sharm. Staff are excellent like most places hdmi lead fits in tv but Wi-Fi not the best beach bar fantastic

Wi-Fi could be better. Bein sport only shown in cheap pay bar- if we’re paying for the beer show more sports channels

Bar staff, and restaurant staff all lovely, room clean ,very big and comfortable

Reception staff are dreadfull, wifi more or less pointless, absolutely 0 entertainment, 0 music in either bar
