mattress and pillows are great. parking too.

Turkis and Caicos is a place without cultural identity. Just a cluster of luxury hotels whose beaches value the exclusivity of their few guests. As for the Hotel, the staff are poorly prepared and do not help at all. There is no welcome or empathy for the guest. There is nothing near the hotel. Restaurants are scarce and expensive

Jayda, the front office representative was awesome and helpful and deserves a promotion! Besides the very uncomfortable

Being able to walk out patio door and be at poolside.

Hot tub poolside was not working. They kept promising it would be fixed, but that never happened. The room had no jets in the tub, so we couldn’t relax that way either.

It was very clean and spacious. I loved the extra bathroom and the washer and dryer. It felt like an apartment.

Very nice on the surface, but the utility of the apartment left much to be improved upon.

No breakfast was provided. The pool area was beautiful and the gym was good.

kitchen implements need improvement. The chef knives need sharpening. Pots and pans were inadequate, and dishes were inadequate for 4 adults.

DON’T BOOK A STUDIO IN ATRIUM!!!!

DON’T BOOK A STUDIO IN ATRIUM!!!! When you rent the studio in this structure it says “without a view”. According to them, this justifies the fact of renting a room where the windows are inside the building with a view of the lift and without light throughout the day. Inside the room there is no air exchange seen and considering that the windows are in an internal courtyard. The beach where there should be sunbeds and umbrellas (not always presents) is currently in front of a construction site.

Very good

Quiet and the grounds are kept clean. Property is in Leeward so you need to rent bicycles or a vehicle if you plan to get around the island. Not far from Grace Bay or Blue Haben Marina. Great value

There’s not a restaurant or bar on the property.

not in the middle of the fuzz but close enough and a private beach 2min by car 7min walk! the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Beautiful property, great rooms and friendly staff.

The property was beautiful! The pool, rooms, landscaping, building and garage spaces were all well maintained, clean and great!

the studio room was unfortunately too small for us. our family members had the one bedroom and two bedroom and these were beautiful and they had access to a balcony which made the spaces so much more bright and inviting as oppose to the studio.

Hot tub was too hot, front desk didn't know much; I was told there was no hot tub. Too many stray cats.

Stay with friends was nice. Resort did not live up to it name NONE whatsoever!

Atrium was not a resort but more like a timeshare/Airbnb cross…

Vacation was great, beautiful beaches and will return again some day.

Location was good if you had a car. We had a car so that was most helpful. Staff was great, assisted us with golf cart ride to beach as well as booking us for covid test necessary for return to States. Pool was great, not crowded at all. Kitchen great to have ate most of our breakfast and dinner to save money, and washer and dryer great to have as well.

Lovely hotel just needs more amenities

Room was clean, very updated and spacious.

Pool bar should be open. Need a restaurant on site with room service. Housekeeping should refresh room daily.

Great choice if you are after a nice apartment

A super friendly reception staff is there to make your stay enjoyable, they can take you anytime to the beach if you don't want to walk 8 min. The room was OK, the bed was comfy; well equiped kitchen and apartment

There was no cleaning during the 3 night stay we spent there; the air-con's water was unfortunately pouring into the room after a while; we had a studio without any view

property was amazing, clean, close to everything by car, staff was eager to help, comfortable, safe. didn’t realize it would come with a stove and fridge. which was perfect. it’s not beach front, but the beautiful beach was a skip away

I wish there was a bar, they have a swim up bar that’s is none functional

Excellent staff. The front desk guy stands out as the best I have encountered. Always there with a pleasant face and willing to help. They made us feel very comfortable. I love it.

Just do it.

Just do it. A bargain at 3x the price. Rent a car. Get groceries. Go to Flamingo cafe beach. Do some tours, Danny Buoys is so much fun. Safe, beautiful island. Beautiful secure property. Lots of space for 6 of us.

Highly Recommend for a Relaxing Stay.

The property was beautiful and the room was very clean. I stayed in a studio and it was very spacious. The room comes with everything you need for a short or long term stay. The staff was very helpful and responsive however 24/7 concierge/room service is not an option. I would say its similar to staying in a condo as the kitchenette and washer and dyer in the room was a great plus. The entire property is accessed via key card which made me feel safe as I am a solo traveller. There is a mini store on the property but sadly is was closed 2 of the 4 days I was there. Its also an 8 to 10 min walk to Leeward/Sunset Beach. Great wifi connection. The outdoor/pool area was my favorite part. I will definitely be returning to The Atrium. Its also about 7 mins from the main area Grace Bay. I highly recommend Sea Breeze Taxi and Tours or Provo Connection to get around.

The things I didnt like were 1. The mini store not being open most of my stay. It is run by an independant chef and his schedule is Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday. As advertised I was hoping to order lunch and pick up my order at the Atrium. I was even told he would delivery to my room. Sadly my trip was was Sunday to Thursday and I had excursions on wednesday and left on Thursday so I did not get to experience the food. 2. Netflix was my only try streaming option. I cannot speak to the living television I am not sure if it was a smart tv or not but the television in the bedroom section was controlled by a roku remote. I was able to sign into Netflix but the Disney+, Hulu and Sling options werent accessible. So I ended up watching Netflix and streaming HBOmax on my cell phone.
