Bad caracter of reception staff and their supervisor also They didn’t care about kids or family very bad reception the ask only about are you fasting or not and upgrading to all inclusive . We are suffering all the night about the noise of Ac on the Room .the Room Also wasn’t the room i booked very small too much noise door and wall we can heard everything can’t slept last night . Too much complicated for everything imagine you are guest on this hotel and you have to reserve a place or table for dinner at restaurant.very complicated. The worst nightmare of my life

Extremely pleasent

The staff is extremely sweet and helpful. The hotel itself is a nice natural setting with nice amenities. The beach and the pool is great. The crowd is good quality. I really liked it when the receptionist called us to ask how was our stay. They made nice surprises for me for my birthday

We tried early check in but it was impossible and had to wait until 2 p.m where we arrived very very early in the morning. We waited so long at the reception for a space to shower. The hotel needs a IT room, that was what is missing.

The room cleaning was very poor , and the coffee and tea supply was only offered for 1 day out of the 4 days, which is unacceptable versus the price of the hotel .Room service was very challenging

Only positive point of our entire stay was the lovely staff! they always tried to please us and gave a good service! give them a raise! rooms are big and clean!

oh dear, the food is horrible. The same items everyday. No variety and poorly taste, quality. Our mood started to gets worse from day to day. The restaurants are a joke, offering the same food items they serve at the buffet. For the price and star category of this hotel just unacceptable. No entertaining programs, pretty boring especially by night. No interesting activity’s available but maybe this was a weather issue due to the rainfall of our entire stay They really need to change the beach beds, they are old and dirty and absolutely not comfortable. It makes the hotel look very very cheap. The Hotel is infested by flies! u can’t enjoy even one drink without having tons of them around you on your drinks and snacks. Crows attacking you if you don’t feed them

Very good

The staff were the best, i was greeted by Leah and Getrude at the reception and they made my family and i feel at home away from home. Super friendly, great customer service. Then there was Matthew at the restaurant. He was superb. Great place to be!!

The lunch food selection was not the greatest. Besides the pool, there was not much the kids could do. More activities for kids please.

What an amazing stay, a lovely place to be at.The food was great, the activities were good, lovely room design the themed dinners were very nice a very serene place,and well manicured gardens and very good attention to detail such as the fruit garden and spice garden. The staff were really friendly and helpful ,and overall a lovely stay, and would definitely come back

Got catfished with the kids club otherwise perfect stay.

I loved this venue, everything about it amazing but it fell short in one area. And that was the kids club. I specifically booked this hotel for the kids club and that only. Otherwise I would have booked another location or multiple. Despite their vigorous marketing that they have a kids club where kids can remain whilst parents (in my case just me) can relax. Instead I arrived and was informed your child is your responsibility.

The fact they don't have someone looking after children in the kids club. That was the unique selling point for me and it fell flat completely. And the guests were not so receptive and kind to the children.

Great hotel

The bar staff were very attentive and gave excellent service. The room was comfortable with good attention to detail, with fresh towels, flowers and turn down service. The mattress was even changed for us.

The food was not great, quite often over cooked and for the themed meal on the beach a lot of food ran out even though there was plenty there seemed no planning to cook more as some was running out. There was a lack of management and the kitchen staff did not seem to know what they were doing. The hotel ran out of chenin blanc on the AI menu although there were 4 other chenin blancs on the extra pay menu. Amarula had also ran out. It seemed like they were running stock down in time for the rain season.

Relaxing in the sun with a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend for families or married couples.

The place is as advertised the pictures don't do it justice. Its a beautiful compound with extremely friendly staff. We really like how they had a monthly staff appreciation day where they staff of the month was pick by guest. Normally all-inclusive food and drinks aren't that great but not here; the fooood was so good. We went as a family of three and would definitely go again.

The beds were very uncomfortable. My wife and I had sore neck and backs each morning. The main pool was a little hazy.

Everything was perfect! I recommend to families with children!

We are a family with 3 children (9, 10 and 16 years old). I stayed 1 week in the resort and I can tell you that it was fantastic. From reception to departure. the food is exceptional and safe. The bars, especially the one at the upper pool, are well stocked and the staff very kind and friendly. I also did 2 dives (fish and turtle, but dying coral). I also had a small problem with an umbrella that was blown away by the wind and broke my sunglasses, but Javier promised me that I would be compensated. I look forward to this. Do not withdraw money from the airport ATM. They withdrew the money from our account but did not give us cash. We are still investigating with the bank! Everything else was perfect! I recommend to families with children!

the cleaning staff is not very attentive and they took the sheets with some personal things (a toy and a pyjama). Some of them I recovered :). Put your clothes in order and don't leave them on the bed!

Great location but beware of the annoying beach boys

Location is amazing and directly on a white sandy beach, with several souvenir and water activity shops withing a short 2 minute walk across the beach. The staff are really pleasant.

My biggest bug bear was the staff are so so so slow... Don't be expecting your drinks for 20 minutes at least. The staff just sometimes look at you with that look on their face saying "I have no idea what you are talking about" . They could do with training their staff in terms of customer service etiquette. Also don't expect to sit on the beach outside the hotel... The beach Boys are out in full force by 9am and expect to get hassled.
