Being at an all inclusive made it easy to stay and relax. No need to tour and just enjoy the resort. The food selection was nice. The beach was nice too as well the other two resorts you can explore. We found the Rui Place family more quiet and therefore more relaxing.

The bathroom to the toilet was not clean from inside. Nasty stains. I left a note for housekeeping and they did clean it. But that experience leaves you with a seed oof doubt thereafter.

Endless mimosas!

AC didn’t work the whole time I was down there. They kept telling me it was because the patio door was open. And it wasn’t. Complained twice about the room and AC still didn’t work. I had to sleep in my colleague room both rights. Was pointless of me to buy a room because I didn’t sleep in there. Got there and room wasn’t ready I didn’t get a room until 4 oclcok. Had to outside in the heat and wait on room. Just horrible !

Loved all the food, service , the pool facilities and distance of everything.

Would have been better if there were a few more machines and if the gym was a bit bigger it was quite tight at times.

Da limpeza, dos funcionários, principalmente a colaboradora Alma, muito prestativa e sempre nos atendia com carinho e atenção. O quarto era muito espaçoso, confortável e sempre muito limpo superando nossas expectativas.

Pelo porte do hotel e ser só para adultos, esperava um pouco mais dos shows/ eventos. O restaurante italiano deixou um pouco a desejar, sem variação de cardápio e nada de extraordinário.

Mis expectativas estaban muy altas con este Riu, las sabanas olían mal, la atención del personal nada profesional o no se esmeraban por dar una buena atención, no hay muchos lugares por recorrer en el hotel, pésimo todo, y la comida ni se diga, horrible! Y lo peor fue que nos quedamos sin agua toda una noche y un día 😣 fue horrible!

Todo no me gusto!! Por eso nos tuvimos que ir a Pueblo Bonito!

The property is beautiful. The all inclusive is always a plus for any vacation.

The fact that the water went out on Saturday night around 10pm. They kept telling us it was coming back on in 40 mins, then 1 hour, then another whole day passed and still no water. That fact alone is disgusting especially as I watched them continuously check people in and did not mention the water was out. They moved us to a down graded Resort and we are expecting compensation for the inconvenience of not being able to shower, no water to brush your teeth nor flush the toilets. It's totally disgusting and disappointing. People were dipping water from the fountains to flush their toilets and so were the staff..As of Tuesday, Sept 26th there is still no water..

La comida... les falto más variedad.. y el guardia de seguridad que esta en la playa un señor ya grande de edad.. me corrió porque no traía mi brazalete. Y me lo quitaron en recepción.. pero ne dijeron que yo podía seguir disfrutando de las instalaciones y restaurantes y bares.. y el señor como no me lo vio. Ne fue a reclamar

The gym was tiny. The pools were not clean. We didn’t get checked in until 4. I was there for 5 days and my room was only cleaned once. All the food was below average. Drinks were very weak.

Your hotel is very exceptional. The room and balcony were very clean and comfortable. The front desk was very inviting and the hotel was easy to learn where everything was.

I would have like to have a list of the festivities happening every day. Either I didn't see it or I had go walk around and guess what events and where they were.

The resort was nice, the staff was friendly.

I didn’t like the fact that I booked a king room and we had to stay in a double. Also the cleaning staff come late to clean your room everyday around 3/4 that should be sooner, on vacation that’s map time.

I liked the pool area, food was excellent, and the staff were very nice...I would definitely recommend this Hotel. This is my second time in this hotel.

The quality of the food wasn't worth the money that we paid. The Japanese restaurant had frozen shrimp that was tough and not eatable. The salmon was frozen as well and had no taste and smelled fishy. Unfortunately we walked out of the restaurant. Guacamoles steak was grisly and had no taste. Krystal restaurant was the best. I would recommend the shrimp salad, rib eye steak and the short ribs at this restaurant. The Buffet was typical and started looking the same for lunch and dinner. Pepe's was pretty much bar food but had really good tacos. There is only two choices of wine at all the bars and restaurants and the red wine was hot and undrinkable. There was a group of people that were staying at the hotel the week we were staying were loud drunk and obnoxious. One night a drunk set off the emergency alarm at about midnight. Not the hotel's fault but this behavior was not stopped. The partying in the hallways was loud and echoed until late in the morning again it was not stopped. This was every night of our stay. The access to the beach was intimidating because you were stopped by peddlers.

Spacious, clean .. plenty of food and drinks.. staff was awesomely welcoming

Rooms smell a little musty but could be with so many people coming from the pool.. and no club on sight was a bit odd as it was Adults only… a onsite club that stays open past 11 would be great
