Its a beautiful location. We stayed here years ago when it was the Marriott and it doesn't look like it's been renovated, but still a nice property. The room was spacious.

There were not alot of activities as advertised. We were thinking about playing a game of pool on Saturday and they covered the pool table and towel station and equiptment were locked up tight before 6pm.

Hilton Beachfront Hotel’s South Tower Room 454 was quiet and comfortable. Pros: Further from the pool/noise, very quiet, undisturbed sleep, low moisture/ no mold issues since I’m very sensitive, less traffic at elevators/ shorter wait times, partial ocean view (further away compared to main hotel Oceanview rooms, but still nice to have.) Bike rentals HHI Outfitters in the hotel/onsite was so convenient and affordable. The pool was fun to hang out for hours in the sun, but the water was cold. Walked to the beach just steps away to watch the beautiful sunrise every morning and play in the waves during the day. Very friendly hotel staff. Cost was reasonable for this beachfront resort.

Cons: The pool was not heated! Freezing cold water. It needs to be heated during spring, like the Omni Hilton Head Resort heats their pools. The kids cold-plunged, but the parents preferred the hot tubs. The air conditioner in South Tower room 454 was very noisy if set at 69 or lower- affecting sleep. But since it was cool outside (65-70 degrees) it was not that much of a problem to keep thermostat at 70/71. But summertime may be a big issue. The TV did not work. Lots of troubleshooting while in our pajamas at night getting ready to wind down while the kids were asleep- it was a bummer it didn’t work. We didn’t request a repairman to come and assess/ fix it because it was either so late in the evening or we were busy at the beach and pool and out for meals. The toilet seat was too low and too close to the sink. Did not dine at the resort restaurants- preferred to go out to eat at amazing local restaurants and watched the amazing sunsets.

The location and hotel are beautiful. My daughter and I stayed in an oceanfront room, and it was just what we needed. We even ordered room service, which was so appreciated after a long, exhausting day of travel. So happy to have found this gem! The valet and customer service agent at the front desk were extremely personable and professional- made us feel so welcome. I will stay here again soon! :)

When we were leaving, there was a lot of traffic in the roundabout area, and I took a wrong turn. The gentleman at the gate was rude to us and treated us poorly.

The location was great, very good value for money. Beds and rooms in general were very comfortable. Loved the pool.

Could spruce up some of the walls.

How everyone said hello to you. We also liked the kid activities. They had a blast at the scavenger Easter hunt. The whole weekend was full of fun activities for the kids and us parents also.

The price on the food.

It was oceanfront and I liked the restaurants and amenities on location.

It was very clean, peaceful and quiet. There were lots of things to do and many places to run, walk and bike to. We had lunch at the pool each day and the food was great too. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was horrible !I hated it

It was horrible! Room was full of moldy smell and humid- ceiling were humid and moldy. , air conditioner was giving a horrible moldy smell that we could not open at night and it was cold and humid. With all these terrible stay - I realized they have taken my credit card information and took extra money after the stay although I paid all the money and I have the invoice. Please support me for this horrible stay and extra money to given back !
