I liked everything overall
There were basketball courts in the pool

Beach wasn't a huge walk. Safe and secure
The bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder, and the remote was not for the TV. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets were stained, and the blanket was paper thin. Could not use any of the amenities because there were too many people for the ones available

The property is in a good central location.
This property is not very handicap friendly. There are floors with no ramps or wheelchair access. I know this is a family resort but it should be more accessible.

Location is great, we had everything we needed.
Only one thing was kind of disappointing, the cleanliness. When we came, the room was kind of dusty, even after cleaning, the bed looked like it was not done by professional, only blankets were kind of fixed, the pillows looked messy; but the floor was dusty . We did not have small kids and did not do a mess, but it was kind of disappointing. It would be nice if they just mopped the floor.

We loved it! The Halloween festivities were especially fun!

Location
Very loud. Uncomfortable bed/pillow. No water pressure. The balcony door almost broke my finger

Waterpark and location were great
Beds were hard resturant was overpriced and I got a bad rash from being in the pool

Water park, pools, and beach set up are perfect for families with young children. The kids were thoroughly worn-out by dinner time each day. We will be back for future family trips. Highly recommend for families with toddlers, etc.
Eating options in walking distance are limited to the 2 restaurants within the hotel. Decent for lunch or a casual dinner but expensive for the type of food offered. Watch out for the concierge, they don't work for the resort and will offer you discounts on activities in exchange for attending time share meetings.

Most Everything
Wish there were covered walk ways between both tower pool areas

We absolutely loved all the amenities included with the resort! So many fun things and on-site activities for kids! The rooms were also super spacious and very clean.
There was limited handicap parking. Key card entry to get into some gates can be a little inconvenient, especially when going and coming from the beach or pools.

It was close to alot of fun activities. The hotel also had alot to offer. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere.
The cards were a bit to get used to

Everything,,, it was great.
We was riding a motorcycle pulling a trailer. I was not allowed to park my trailer there. Had to park it at another location 4 miles away.

Everything. The room, parks, staff & whole place was very nice.
There was one male staff member in particular who made me feel rather uncomfortable when he asked me 2 times in the same conversation, 2 different ways, it my child and I were staying by ourselves.

This is an exceptional hotel! Very well maintained resort in an excellent location! Great parking garage and staff were very friendly and helpful! Had a issue with our room at check in, however Alema (manager) made it right. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone!
Only thing about the room was, that our beds were very hard and one was broken. Would definitely recommend bringing your own portable bed topper!!

Everyone was friendly. Pools and hot tubs great. Access to ocean great. Easy access to stores and all entertainment.
The rooms had a problem with palmetto bugs and cockroaches.

the unit had plenty of space and the kids loved the pool. We actually had housekeeping (something I haven’t seen in a very long time) so we had our towels refreshed daily as well as the trash taken out.
The property was kinda dirty. When exiting the elevator on the 4th floor it smelled like someone spilled sour milk. We couldn’t go barefoot in our room because the floors were so dirty they turned our feet black.

Plenty of room for our grandchildren and us.
One of the waterparks was closed for renovations.

The rooms needed to be updated. The recording for the pool area needs to be shut off at quiet time.
We were not happy with our vacation there. Nothing was included. Not even a continental breakfast. Everything was money. Even the kitchen in the suites need to be updated

Reagan at the front desk was AMAZING!!!! Rooms are spacious and clean, lovely balcony and family environment. Would stay here again.
