Die Unterkunft liegt am vermutlich ruhigsten Teil der südlichen Insel. Die Zimmer waren neu ausgestattet (Bad/WC) und wir konnten perfekt ausschlafen. Der Pool erfrischt und der Ausblick Richtung Lamai Beach ist schön. Das Personal bietet in jeder Situation Unterstützung.

Generell muss man auf der Insel für jeden Transport bezahlen, daher empfiehlt sich ein Moped. In der Unterkunft kostet dieses rd 300 Baht/Tag, sonst etwa 250 Baht. Das Abendessen im eigenen Restaurant war gut und flott, nur bekommt man natürlich in Lamai mehr für sein Geld.

No nos ha gustado ni la ubicación porque hay que bajar una cuesta enorme. Pero sobre todo lo que no nos gustó fue el personal. Pésimo, tuvimos problemas porque no querían dejarnos leer las normas de las motos y al no entregárnoslas le pedimos una hoja de reclamación y se negaron rotundamente, vacilándonos y diciéndonos que no nos entendían. Y riéndose y hablando entre ellos. La verdad que no nos gustó nada el trato. Además te quieren cobrar por todo, el transporte desde el aeropuerto nos querían cobrar 800 bath cuando pagamos 300 bath nosotros, y por las motos normalmente se pagan a 200 bath y ellos las tenían a 300 y 400 bath.

Cafe staff were wonderful; bay area was beautiful and the water was consistently calm for both swimming and water walking; area was not bombarded with tourists; food was good; our room had an exceptional view; small, cozy, family-friendly.

Disfunctional internet; one station on TV, why have it at all? people with physical limitations will be hindered by the bathroom tub/ shower and 52+ steps to get to and from the shoreline and restuarant; taxi and massage services were ridiculously overpriced- two times the taxi didn't even come. Use Grab instead. Balcony railing was loose, could have been easily kicked down- glad we didn't have young children wanting to hang on it.

Everything! The service was amazing, we felt completely taken care of! The place is perfection. We cannot wait to go back. Thanks, everyone (especially you, Watermelon!) for making our short stay an unforgettable one!

La sympathie du personnel, les chambres vue sur mer , la propreté, le jardin et le calme de ce petit hôtel sur la plage. Magnifique. Un établissement à taille humaine .

During check-in the ladies at the reception noted that I had only registered one guest, but we were a couple checking in so they saw the opportunity to charge extra. I was given a piece of paper («contract») with a price given as a question mark (?) to sign so they would determine he price later after I have signed. Naturally I refused to sign and the manager realized they had to chacge tactics. The manager then came up with a number: 200 baht/night extra for being 2 guest in sted of one. I reluctantly payed because I just wanted to check-in after our long travels. I then double-checked the claim that a double room with no breakfast was more expensive if registering 2 guests than 1 guest. It is of course not. The price for a double room is the same regardless of registering 1 or 2 guests. The price given in the booking apps like Agoda and Booking(.)com are for two people. I went through the booking process multiple times and confirmed this. I then sent a message to the reception staff regarding this and I also made a customer service case with booking com about this since it is illigal and against their policy. I also mentioned this to the staff in the reception and asked them to bring it up with the manager. They did not answer any of my messages or requests and the manager was of course not present during check-out. I am now writing this review to tell others about this scam so they can avoid this in the future. Apart from this, the first room we got had a tremendously loud and sqeeky bed and wooden floor and the view was blocked by trees and not like the pictures at all. After requesting to change room the lady at the reception offered an upgrade only to withdraw the offer after a phone call with the manager. Then they offered a price of 290 baht/night extra for the upgrade and told me it was usually around 500-something baht. I accepted the upgrade and the new room was pretty nice and had a nice view.

Номер требует ремонта как и вся территория отеля. В комнате не приятный запах. Полотенца и постельное белье рваное от старости. WiFi только для тестового контента. Кондиционер шумит.
