ottima prima volta a sharm. ci ritornerò

Natale al Sierra direi ottimo tornerei!!

Accogliente , belle piscine (solo la principale abbastanza calda), posto sulle sdraio a tutte le ore,mangiare per essere Egitto assolutamente buono, anche gamberoni , pesce e carne alla griglia ! Ottimi dolci e ottima colazione! Personale cortese e simpatico ! Distanza dal mare fattibile con passeggiata di 10 minuti altrimenti navetta ogni 20 minuti. Posizione ottima nel centro di soho per poter vedere negozi , luci , fontane e ingannare il tempo visto che a dicembre alle 16 non c’è più il sole! Teli mare si cambiano spiaggia e piscina quanta volte si vuole! Bar in spiaggia con Angelo carinissimo che ti porta da bere all’ombrellone ,un po’ di ressa quando alle 13 aprono l’ordinazione di panini e patatine per chi non vuole risalire al villaggio! Bel reg più che quello fatto visitare da gita del diving a ras mohamed, non si può entrare in acqua dalla spiaggia inutile quindi le scarpette , ci si può solo tuffare dal pontile !

Struttura un po’ datata , classico stile egiziano anni 90’ ! ( bagno però con docce belle e comode) Pulizia diciamo nella norma sempre considerando dove siamo , per l’Italia non sarebbe certo un 5 stelle ma dobbiamo assolutamente valutarlo per la località ! Voucher regalati per la spa che si possono usare solo dalle 9 alle 11 di mattina , un po’ ridicola come cosa! Mi hanno fatto pagare 12 dollari per aVer smarrito un asciugamano che su prenotazione di 9 persone potevano anche chiudere un occhio !

Cozy boutique hotel feel ✨

The pool, the cafe nearby pool, the garden area, the comfy beds! Fresh linen and great quality towels! Mina from the cafe :) with his great smile & service! Mr.lifeguard from the kids pool who hands out towels, give excellent service too :)

As the room is already small, and wood furniture quite old. Paintings in room are dull and add to the feel of standard lifeless hotelroom , a more vibrant colour would add life, like turquoise to match the hotel theme. And perhaps dampen the yellow wooden colour overall. Restaurant is too noisy and sound absorption could be improved immensely! As it felt like a factory whilst trying to have dinner. But food is great and service as well :)

Great staff, clean beach, comfortable rooms.

The pools (at least the one in front of our room) weren‘t crowded and the staff was always helpful. The outside area of the hotel was beautifully designed and built.

The staff in the bowling center couldn‘t find the paper with our reservation on and just waited for us to live with it. They didn‘t offer any other time slot before we asked for one.

The food was bad even for an all inclusive. The different bars and restaurants are not open or all inclusive all the time so had to constantly move to get drinks or snacks during the day. So we ate out every night.

Everybody in the hotel such as staff, security, guests were awful. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Room was really nice and also beach was really nice and cool(beach volleyball, swimming, lifeguards). For example, I lost my swimming goggles btw I love swimming, a lifeguard named Ahmed gave me his swimming goggles because he saw that I swam a lot in the sea.

Great location, great vibes around the resort. Very clean + really nice private beach. Overall highly recommend

This could just be a one off from our experience but check in wasn't on time and we only got our room about an hour later plus the lady at the reception wasn't the friendliest (rest of staff everywhere were amazing)

All in all was pleasant.

The hotel was excellent everything was clean and nice besides to the great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You will find everything from trips offers to daily parties just a walk away from the hotel, daily live performances. The sea and the pool were just perfect and the inclusive was absolutely worth it.

The food wasn't very satisfying, It lacked the flavour.

The perfect vacation. Many thanks to the Sierra team for a dream vacation Special thanks to Chef Elhamy for a customized gluten-free diet, to the kitchen staff and to the people at the front desk, Armia and his partner at the counter. I'm already waiting for the next vacation, because I'll definitely come again for the fourth time

Some good points, but equally some areas to be addressed.

Pool was very good - one of the best I have experienced in Sharm. Music around the pool however, was not suitable for families with swearing and racial content. Beach is a 20 minute shuttle bus ride. Rooms were well appointed and kept very clean. On the whole staff were proactive, pleasant and professional.

Food was inconsistent and on occasion poor quality. The chefs were however able to deal with a dietary requirement for our party which was appreciated. The buffet restaurant was hot and stuffy. Could have done with some more outside seating. Far too many cats on the property.....

the room is so clean and comfortable, swimming pools are heated and big. the food is so good with many varieties. staff is very friendly and helpful (shoutout to Rasha from the restaurant staff, she was so nice and helpful).

Great destination to break from reality

Initially I was a little deterred by the vast all-inclusiveness of the resort. But is is large enough to forge your own unique experience. The staff were utterly excellent, for those names I can remember Walid, Mina and Ramadan- all went above and beyond. The food was good and the adult pool is recommended with its sunken bar. Convenient in terms of proximity to Soho square/beach and 10mins from the airport.

The only downside is the cleanliness of the room (otherwise vast and if you favour a quieter side ask for Rooms 30-odd) especially the bathroom and the high-touch surfaces (light switches/buttons etc) - all in need of a thorough cleaning.

Amazing stay and best staff I have ever seen in my life!

I believe Sierra was one of the best hotels i have ever been especially for all-inclusive. The facilities were always clean and the food was amazing for breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The big callout i want make here is the staff is the best i have ever encountered in any hotel in my life. They are always available, smiling and polite and would go above and beyond all the time. There was also a crew of animators that was amazing as well! I highly recommend to stay at sierra and i believe the value for the money is also amazing! Thank you for everything!

Wonderful hotel, much recommended

The staff was incredible. Always friendly, smiling and responding to every request. E.g. Aymie at reception who arranged a late check out. The gardening was unbelievable, considering it was irrigated with desalinated water! Main pool was very large and really well designed. Huge variety of food always ready; staff came around pool guests offering small treats.

Bed pillows were rather hard. Although every type of food was available, it was often poorly cooked, lacked seasoning and close attention; e.g. morning croissants, very welcome, but served cold and soggy.

Excellent!

The room and resort complex was very comfortable and nice. The staffs are excellent! We’d like to thank Hasan in the dining room and Sayed (if I’m not mistaken) the housekeeping guy for their hospitality, and the reception/concierge staffs. We love our stay at Sierra Sharm and would not hesitate to stay there again if we ever have another chance to visit Sharm el-Sheikh.
