Would return in a heartbeat! Friendly staff and beautiful complex. Felt very safe.

closeness to beach, beach loungers, umbrellas, quiet complex, 2 pool areas, outdoor bar and restaurant, excellent staff and very clean/comfortable condo. Walkable to other restaurants and town. half mile to grocery store.

bikes could be updated.

Proof that even in paradise, things aren’t perfect

Where to start…The staff needs to be trained on hospitality and customer service. I was shocked at the dismissive and outright RUDE attitude of the staff. The lady at the front desk was incredibly unpleasant and rude when I asked her to please not have a leaf blower outside of my room at 8am. No apologies, she just smugly looked at me and ignored me. Next the waiter at Pelican Bay (on-site restaurant) was truly one of the most unpleasant waiters I’ve ever encountered. He was rude from the moment he sat us down. We even asked if he was ok because he was so annoyed he had to serve us. Sorry you hate your job but please don’t be so nasty. He took over an hour to bring scrambled eggs, forgot my drink, my toast, rolled his eyes when I asked for water…just a damn mess. Sadly, the second day, his service was no better. Finally gave up and skipped breakfast on the third day because he was so darn unpleasant. Finally, the chair attendant. On my first day, I asked if he could help me move the sun umbrella and he said…and I quote “you can do it yourself, why do you need help”, mind you… he was doing nothing and was on his phone. I was holding a drink, my towel, my bag…it was crazy! I’ve never encountered so many rude staff members in one place of business. The staff just doesn’t really care about the customer at this place. They are on their phones, roll their eyes when you ask for something, never smile, it’s insane. And it wasn’t cheap. These people are part of the hospitality industry but you’d never know from staying here. Do not stay here. At happy hour, chatted up several folks who said the exact same thing, that the staff was rude. There are way better places, the place next door for example—lovely staff. Oh forgot to mention, they have a man tending to the grounds w a weed whacked/ leaf blower every morning at 8am. LOVELY ON VACAY!

Exceptional

The garden view was amazing. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the morning taking in the beautiful scenery, feeling the cool breeze coming in from the ocean and listening to the calming music. The entire staff made sure we felt at home away from home.

If there would be anything to complain about I would have to say that my stay was not long enough. 5 days was not enough time to really enjoy everything that Grace Bay has to offer.

It is so serene, to totally relax here!!!

The pools and gardens were lovely!

The menu was limited compared to 4 years ago.

The staff here is very attentive, efficient and friendly.

The location is great and is very Cousy.

I got there early and they wasn’t generous to let me do the checking in until one hour before 3pm.

The facility is great- the staff needs an attitude adjustment

location and cleanliness. we are returning

where do I start. we requested a king bed. no one told us that the room had double bed. who pays over $500 a night for a room with a double. the bellman dropped off our bags and didn’t tell us how to use the a/c or television. we were locked out of our room . upon returning from the beach we couldn’t get into our room. we had left face mask in the room. not allowed to enter lobby. finally was told to see if the maids were cleaning the room. we were told checkout was at 11. we went to take shower and finish packing at 10:20. finally we got into the room at 10:50 to rush around. no shower. we were told we would be charged $55 if we checked out late. the front desk staff were rude and should be replaced by people who are friendly and welcoming to guests. the staff at check in and checkout are an embarrassment to this property. their poor excuse was blaming the computer for locking me out. they should have sent someone up to unlock the door and extend the checkout to allow us time to shower and pack. their computer was programmed inaccurately and cut us out at 10am.

Beautiful garden beach resort

Very beautiful gardens. Best location on the Grace bay - no sea weed and wide beach. Means a lot, I promise! Staff very friendly, helpful.

Very slow internet! You can’t work from here if you maybe planned… We advise watering your plants at night since the water at the island is very smelly from sulphate in the ground. No big issue, just recomm. Our floors were very dusty the first day.

This hotel is a great for the price. Excellent location, nice pools and hot tub, relaxed vibe.

RWI is located on a prime spot on Grace Bay. The grounds were very well maintained. It was very quiet and not crowded (even during the peak holiday season).

The best relaxed holiday we ever had, we have had many holidays.

The staff are absolutely fabulous. The beaches are fantastic. The quality of other customers was high, Onsite restaurant was very good for value. Loved the swimming pools.

No courtesy room available to freshen up as our flight was late at 1900 hrs.

Room was a studio suite. Perfect for two. right on the beach. lounges and umbrellas always available. Staff was very friendly and helpful. would certainly recommend to friends and family

Exceptional

I love this property, it was close to the beach and we had a room on the 3rd floor. Our room was very clean and spacious. Our balcony was huge. I will definitely book this hotel again.

The only thing that was a issue was the hot water in the shower. The water did not stay hot long.

Great time at RWI

The property is located in a great location on Grace Bay. Quiet and relaxing, but not too far from shopping, restaurants and other amenities. The on-site restaurant, Pelican Bay, had great food. The bartenders are all good, but we really enjoyed YJ. He served great drinks and had great service.

Grace Bay beach is out of this world and this was right on it.

Beautiful property with much privacy, yet right on one of the best beaches in the world! The pools were amazing too! The balcony and kitchenette made it easy to eat some meals in.

Lovely stay in paradise

Beautiful beach! Plus lovely pools if you want a break from sand. Immaculate grounds. Accommodating staff.

Not unique to this resort—be prepared for OUTRAGEOUS prices on food, in restaurants, etc. TCI is not for the budget-minded.
