On nous a donné une chambre qui a dut être occupé par un fumeur , impossible d'enlever l'odeur de la cigarette (1 semaine ). Les chambres sont équipés d'un appareil qui parfume la chambre mais malgré cela c'était désagréable .on m'a proposé une fois de changer les draps et les autres fois de vérifier la machine.C était vraiment désagréable ,des qu'on ce posait sur le lit on sentait que même les draps était imbibé par l'odeur ,quelle déception .En plus de cela la machine qui masque les odeurs faisait bcp de bruits le matin .C est dommage surtout pour une chambre familiale à ce prix là avec une maman enceinte .

We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. The customer service is exceptional and the hotel itself is stunning. Moutaz and his team in the buffet restaurant were first class! Food was incredible. We’ll definitely be coming back.

The ambiance, friendly and polite staff, facilities were excellent and the pool area was exceptionally clean and well looked after.

First The service was really slow as we expected to be more than that. Second ,the breakfast looked like it is just leftovers ,everything was hard (msemen,bread,harsha....) There is no restaurant service after 10pm and no body at the reception informed us about it ,at the end we were told that it is only possible to get the food in the room which was really not nice and disapointed that we had dinner at almost 3 in the morning on top of this there was no menu in the room and when we called to get served that dinner to the room , a person at the phone asked me to give order on the phone which was not professional. Third,To get served the coffee in the bar ,took 20minutes and the guy did not even appologized for the delay. AT THE END WE DISCOVERED THAT WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM THAT WE DID NOT BOOK. Last but not least,The girl in the reception was not compitent neither professional at all,she was going to charge us second time the breakfast the we had in the room first morning. .It was really disapointed.

The service when were eating wasnt good. We didnt get plate, napkins or glasses. Waitet a long time, and we had to remind the waitor on what we needed.

Literally nothing not worthwhile your money at all. No service and everything is not normal in price they ask 10€ for a bottle of water we haven’t seen this and we have been to so many 5 star hotels but we have never seen something like this!

Super poor service from the moment we arrived till me left nobody assisted us or took our luggage we needed to ask for everything. We couldn’t enter our room until 4 pm while we should check in at 3 pm! Worst experience ever and they charge triple prices for everything it’s not nice to treat your guests like this!
