Location of the hotel is amazing. All staff members are very kind and enthusiastic. Rooms are big and clean. Entertainment program is good.

Cleaning in the rooms could be improved (but is already very good). The equipment in the gym could be upgraded.

My husband and I live in Cairo and have been to many resorts in Egypt. My mom visited from the US. All three of us we blown away by the staff here. They have perfected the art of anticipating needs. The resort is spotless, the staff is friendly and efficient, the food is decent, and the pool and beach area are great. The beach has soft sand and has both shallow and deep swimming options. I want to give a special shout out to Aldin, one of the managers in the main dining area. On our second night I asked for a specific dessert that wasn’t available that night. He made it appear somehow and made sure it was available every night for the rest of our trip. He was so friendly and personally treated us at every meal for our entire stay. Of the 10 or so resorts I’ve stayed at in Egypt this is the first one I would return to a second time.

Great place to stay.

Great location, very kind, helpful and professional staff. The building is not the newest but taken care of and everything is very clean.

The music by the pool was very loud during the evenings.

We got a free upgrade to superior room because of our honeymoon. The staff is great, food, atmosphere, beach is sandy, heated pool and jacuzzi. Great place to relax and good value for money. Medhat from El Sol restaurant is friendly also Ahmad from the bar at Jungle disco.

Animation team. Snacks at Nasaya restaurant are not tasty.

phenomenal beach area and lots to do; housekeeping & all staff were really friendly and helpful

it needs a refresh. rooms are dated. air con and heating didn’t work in either of our two rooms. restaurant availability was quite limited and you can’t book one more than once in 7 days; one you have to pay to go to and one was closed. hot tub was not hot.

Whilst booking in our rooms were not ready by 2pm and the staff were unhelpful The rooms we were finally given were not what we booked and had to swap rooms. Asked for double beds and was given single.

Total failure, they showed no response ever to any requests and were unhelpful & unfriendly at all.

Great food selection, location not far from airport, quiet, spacious and very clean room, professional staff, nice beach and pool, very nice view from the balcony

Some rooms were under renovation, one day there was sometime that the room got strong wall painting smell from the renovation rooms, that we had to open window and door to let it go away.

Very attentive and friendly staff, throughout the stay they checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. If things were not, they were very happy to help accommodate our needs to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They take the time to get to know you, and you feel like you are part of a community with the staff, who are all friendly and welcoming, above and beyond what you expect at any hotel. Even the breakfast waiters and attendants at the pool bar remember your name and where you come from, what you like, and are always happy to see you and discuss your trip and experiences in Egypt. The resort itself is well kept and tidy, and options for food are abundant.

I liked the whole place as it is located in the mid of down town .. nice view on the sea .. and all the staff are professional and very supportive if needed
