Two air conditioners, large bunk room that has two bunks and a couch that folds down, living room has a huge couch with two tables that set up in front of it, large refrigerator in the kitchen, walk in pantry, large shower in the bathroom, queen size bed in master bedroom and for our long term renters, it even has a small washer and dryer! The outdoor kitchen has a refrigerator, cook top, small sink and right next to the kitchen is a coffee bar with a Keurig for all our coffee lovers!
