A delightful stay!

We really enjoyed the privacy and our own space after spending the first part of our holiday in hotels. The staff are super friendly and the villas are clean, well maintained and nicely designed for the price you pay for a more budget villa. We particularly enjoyed cooling off in the splash pool and chilling out in the outdoor area. There is a good selection of tasty food at reasonable prices from their restaurant/room service menu. It was the first time we have stayed at this villa and will definitely return next trip.

Some nights it felt a little warm because the air-con did not flow over the bed because of where air-con is on wall, but I can live with that. Other than that, there is quite a few mosquitoes at certain times of the day so make sure you have some mozzie coils set up around the place and put on repellent.

Good location is very good but the property needs more maintenance

Very good location of the property and near to good restaurants, the staff was really amazing and very friendly. Just walking distance to Starbucks, KFC and Al Jazeera. The owners need to make some investment in renovating the place as it is a very old property with old rooms and bathrooms.

So we took 2 bedroom villa with pool. The condition of private pool was very bad, not properly cleaned or maintained. It was burning my eyes with too much chlorine or some chemical in the water. I couldn't go in the pool for more than 10 minutes. Very old property, issues with bed comfort, pillows.

Pleasant

The staff were lovely and attentive

When we checked in our pool had a human poo in it. Need a solution to stop the bats, if that’s possible. Understand if that’s not possible but just a thought, as they make quite a mess of a night time. And need to warn about the mosquitoes as they are really bad around the kitchen/pool area.

Poor cleanliness

Place looked nice, good location.

Towels were unclean and still smelled like chlorine from previous guests. Sink had noodles still in from previous guests. pillows were uncomfortable -way too dense & large.

Just ok, wouldn’t return

The staff were lovely & friendly, we liked the size of the villa, the restaurant at the front was good.

The room was never cleaned properly, the water for showers was a constant problem, supplies were never restocked with us having to ask constantly for water, sugar & toilet paper. We ran out of hand wash, soap & attention to detail waa not there at all! We had to ask for the pool to be cleaned. The villa waa very old & run down & needed attention. The air conditioner waa very old & not up to standard & staff constantly turned it off while cleaning the room so we would come home after a long day to a hot room!

A good spot for a Villa, lots privacy.

Great place for a couple or a single. Safe and quiet. Large spaces to enjoy sleeping, eating and swimming. The shower pressure was not great, but there was a leak in the pipework and they were rectifying it when I checked out. the staff were great and when the water was turned off for my last day, they allowed me to use another Villa to bathe prior to the flight home.

The pool did require some chemicals & a proper clean.

I really enjoyed staying at the Villa's and if the shower water pressure was fixed it would be great

The villa was clean and spacious

the shower head and water pressure was terrible. We mentioned it to the person at reception and she said it will be fixed, not fixed. the kitchen utensils were on the low side. the chopping board needs to be replaced and the jug takes forever to get to the boil.

Only Location.

Very dirty. Mosquitos. Bathroom door cant be closed. Smells bad all the time. Uncomfortable.

I would stay there again and for long term as well.

I loved everything about the villa! The location was fantastic, close to all the shops and the rooms were spacious and clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, which was large and airy. I highly recommend this place.

The AC was not as cool as I would like it to be and the breakfast was satisfactory, but this did not bother me as much. Also would have liked more beds by the pool.

very average villa, bit rundown. bed sheets and towels were stained even after changing them. Pool was dirty and shower didn’t alway work properly.

lovely villas in a good location and great staff

great location, great staff, offering a very authentic experience! there’s an issue with bats in some of the villas so you’ll wake up to bat poo but rooms are cleaned every day if you want to so it’s minor. we really enjoyed it and great value for money. probably does need Reno work at some point soon as have seen bad google reviews

Disappointed in the service.

Staff were pleasant but not too knowledgeable.

No breakfast provided. Waited over an hour and had to cancel. Restaurant was empty yet staffed. Shouldn’t take over 1hr for a basic coffee and banana pancake!!

Pleasant but the green pool was a worry.

Nice place, big roomy and quiet. good location

The place needs an update. The sheets were stained, and the pool was green. No mozzie coils provided. Not able to lock bedroom door, reported but nothing happened. The pool was green, reported and nothing satisfactory happened. It's a shame as it could be amazing. Definitely due for some maintenance.
