Unas vacaciones de ensueño ¡Todo en Villa Thamani fue perfecto! Sólo éramos 2 y teníamos toda la Villa a nuestra disposición: ¡un sueño! Acogedor, confortable y con especial atención al mobiliario, una mezcla entre Europa y África. El entorno es encantador: cada rincón está diseñado a la perfección y lo mantiene impecable la muy dulce Chiku, que también nos preparó unos desayunos inolvidables, servidos todas las mañanas en la terraza frente al mar. La gran piscina y toda el área exterior para uso exclusivo de la Villa siempre estuvieron muy bien cuidadas y limpias gracias al muy amable Muhamad, siempre disponible para tratar de satisfacer nuestras solicitudes. Una de las cosas que más apreciamos es la tranquilidad y seguridad: siempre dejamos la puerta abierta día y noche, sin ningún problema. Hay muchos restaurantes a poca distancia y cada noche probamos uno diferente: también existe la posibilidad de que nos traigan la cena a casa. El paisaje durante la marea baja es hermoso: llegamos a pie al arrecife de coral y fue la experiencia más hermosa que jamás hayamos vivido. Vimos otras casas mientras caminábamos por la playa pero, objetivamente, ninguna era tan hermosa como Villa Thamani. Todos en el pueblo saben dónde está Villa Thamani y dicen que es la más hermosa de toda la zona. Vivir nuestras vacaciones frente al mar, con playa y piscina privada fue para nosotros unas vacaciones de ensueño. Recomendamos este lugar a parejas como nosotros para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en total relajación y privacidad, o a familias o grupos de amigos porque en Villa Thamani cada uno tiene su propio espacio e independencia. Gracias a todo el personal, porque también gracias a ellos nuestras vacaciones fueron tan especiales.

Practicamente todo fue perfecto

A wonderful holiday! It was me, my partner and a couple of friends in November. We were used to going to the village but this time we changed our mind and decided to rent Villa Thamani only because we have been following the villa on Instagram for a long time and every post made us come want to be there. Everything was exactly as we saw it on video. Location, cleanliness, breakfast at the top. Very spacious villa, tastefully furnished, huge and comfortable rooms, large and comfortable mattresses. Another pleasant surprise was the kitchen, which despite finding us in Africa, we didn't expect to find it so clean and equipped with everything. The wonderful staff: always present, day and night, we became friends and we still write to each other today. Thanks to the local managers who were present every day and helped us with everything. We will miss you! Villa Thamani highly recommended to everyone.

Wonderful Villa: TOP!! We stayed in this beautiful Villa. Magnific location. All perfect. Abundant breakfast. Staff always ready to satisfy every need: they even went shopping for us. Difficult to describe the beautiful sensations we experienced. A daydream. Highly recommended to everyone. What can I say: top top top!

Beautiful seafront villa with pool and private beach area! Supernice sunrises. Great and friendly staff

Breakfast was excellent every day. Location was the best in Zanzibar. Clean and comfortable. Close walking distance to two restaurants on the beach if you don't want to use the private chef at the villa or cook your own meals everyday. Would highly recommend Villa Thamani!!

The beach was dirty but this is not the responsibility of the Villa but rather the status of beaches in Zanzibar as a whole. The staff there looking after us were amazing - pool cleaner, cleaning lady, breakfast lady and security personnal. Nothing not to like!!

This is a fantastic beachfront. Not like all the others who say seafront and in reality it is not. Ask carefully before booking. We have found a wonderful location, a beautiful new villa, with all the comforts and a very kind staff at our disposal. Impossible to find fault. The breakfast prepared directly by the "Mami" of the house was perfect: plate of fresh fruit, chapatis (like local wraps) or brioches or pancakes with various syrups as a top.

- great location - beautiful house - quiet neighborhood - decent food options around Villa Thamani has the potential to be an extraordinary stay for groups. In general, the house is spacious, clean, and very well designed to fit groups. The outdoor area is fantastic with 8 sun loungers right at the door step looking at the beach. The managers Alice and Suleiman were helpful and responsive. We also had the option to have a chef for the day and he did a fantastic job.

Villa Thamani was overbooked the first night so we were accommodated in a different villa that had no running water, was not clean, smelled, and had a loud generator noise. The internet in Villa Thamani is very slow, and did not work most of our stay. If you have to work, you will need to find other options around. Electricity and water were out for a full day during our stay and we had no way to shower, charge our phones/ laptops, etc. In general, given the inconvenience of being overbooked and accommodated in a suboptimal location, we expected for the first night to be waived but they still made us pay in full, which was not fair given all the inconvenience.
