Perfekte Unterkunft in Seminyak

Die Villa ist in einem sehr gutem Zustand, der Pool ist überraschend kühl. Die Lage ist Zentral und sehr ruhig. Für die Erkundung von Seminyak eine perfekte Lage.

Terrible villa, Great staff

The staff are absolutely amazing and the owners are incredibly lucky to have such great people looking after what is a very bad property. However as the saying goes “you can polish a turd but it’ll still be a turd!” Great location, close to all the great restaurants.

The property itself is in desperate need of some renovations. You have to be careful getting in and out of the pool because of many broken pool tiles with sharp edges. When we arrived, a trades person was repairing a hole in the timber floor of the main bedroom that lasted about 5 min till one of our kids stepped on the repair and their foot went straight through the hole. The main bedroom smells like damp rotting timber and I think the whole floor needs to come up and replaced. The online pictures are very deceiving and obviously taken many years ago. a lot of the furniture pictured has been removed and replaced with old stained furniture now in villa. No wine fridge as pictured. By far the worst part was that next door they are building a new villa (June2023) and the workers can a do look into the yard while you’re in the pool. I’m sure this build will only take a few months but the reason you rent a villa is for privacy and relaxation. When you and the family are continuously being watched plus the constant sound of power tools and the like from 7am-7pm 7 days a week, it’s not relaxing. As before mentioned, the staff were great and tried their best to help with this. They organised for the workers next door to put up some shade cloth screening which basically did nothing but at-least they tried.

Great location - close to restaurants and walking distance to seminyak square. incredible pool the kids lived in. central Living so we were able to watch the kids while they were in the pool.

Our first day in Bali it rained a lot, due to the design of the villa the rain was able to enter the living areas - because of the style of tiles this made it very slippery and the kids fell over/slipped a lot (as did we) staff were amazing and provided lots of towels to help but some rubber mats would be ideal for when it’s wet!

Peaceful & private villa just steps from the action

Peaceful, private, open air spacious living, large pool, only 100m to the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. Hosts were very attentive and welcoming. Separate sleeping quarters great for older kids, perfect villa for 2 couples to share.

Minor maintenance issues require attention.

Amazing pool,great kitchen and super comfortable beds.The staff,Mrs.Ketut looked so very well after us.Watchman was great to have,made us really feel secure. Plus it's a very spacious villa walking distance to all the clubs,restaurants and even the beach....I book the place again coming back to Bali!!

Great value for a spacious central villa

This villa has a super central location but no traffic noise. The pool is huge and was the perfect temperature in December when we visited. The large sofa is a great spot to lounge around. Loved that there was no TV in living area (Thoughtful towards neighbours).

If you like lying in the sun this won’t suit you as there are only two loungers and they are in shade much of the day (we didn’t care but some might). I didn’t love that the security guard was in an non-air conditioned garage overnight. It was really hot in there (I know locals don’t feel the heat as much but I thought it would be kinder to have AC for him and I’m sure guests wouldn’t mind paying a few dollars a day more for him to have the option). This is not a villa that is in absolutely pristine condition. Everything is very clean but if you are the type who freaks out about things like some electrical wires hanging out of a wall (normal in Bali) I would choose a more expensive place. As it is this place is great value for a large central villa. There are a lot of villas adjacent so if noisy people move in next door you are kind of at their mercy. That happened to us towards the end of our stay. That is true of pretty much any villa in Seminyak though.

Superb

I really liked the location, so close to nice shops, restaurant and nightlife. It was easy to go even walking. The beach is also very close. Everything was very clean. It was a well equipped kitchen if one wants to cook, but it`s easy to go out to eat. It was a very comfortable bed, a nice garden and a large pool. Ketut the housekeeper is amazing.

Convenient villa in the heart of Seminyak

Checking in at Andalas was such ease, the villa is nice and cozy, has everything you need, and is well taken care of. The villa is located in the middle of Seminyak and just a few steps out the door, you are in one of Bali's shopping streets called Kayu Aya. Despite the fact that it is so close to the busy street, the villa is strategically located in a quiet gang and you will not be disturbed by any traffic sounds. Will certainly come back.
