Very cosy place with best location and amazing host.

The location is perfect, very close to the airport and boat to Koh Phangan. Villa is modern and very comfortable. Air condition works perfectly. The terrace in the garden is very cosy. Host is very friendly and ready to assist in all special requirements. Highly recommended.

Amazing

Cute, well-equipped bungalow with direct access to the beach. Very good welcome, with the option of keeping our suitcases before and after check-in. We would have liked to stay longer, thank you for this experience.

Perfect!!

Stunning place in a beautiful garden, the design is very modern and functional, and the patio is really enjoyable. The garden is secluded and has a private access to the beach. Spacious, clean and bright. Super recommended, we would love to stay more if possible.

Nothing. Just a minor thing: an hairdryer would be a nice add to the place.

wonderful location

really nice clean room. location is excellent and right on the beach. wonderful restaurants nearby. I’d say everything was perfect except the staff / management - see my comments below.

they checked us into the wrong room and it was very awkward when the actual guests of that room turned up and found us on their balcony! our actual room wasn’t ready by check in time so we were forced to go out and kill some time while they made up the room. the next day housekeeping came to clean our room and towels, however they did not replace the towels. when I went to ask for a clean towel she said it would be ready in 1 hour (but I wanted to shower then), so she took a dirty towel from the laundry basket and said I can use that in the meantime

Amazing beachfront accommodation

Location was incredible. Everything on your doorstep.from amazing views to shops, bars and restaurants. Amit was a great host. Nothing was too much trouble.

Can't fault this accommodation.

Absolutely amazing!!!!!!

The best location with the beach literally at your doorstep. A good variety of restaurants, beach clubs and convenience stores all within walking distance.

Excellent beachfront location. There are no big hotels nearby so very few people - good location and clean beach. Excellent owner!

It takes a minute to get a warm water from the faucet.

I was searching for a place near the airport and the pier as I was meeting my mom. Very nice place: new, and clean, and the manager was very helpful!

a little bit disappointing

-nice staff, very helpful -calm area but we were lucky that other villas were free

-towels smelled terribly (the ones for beach) -broken umbrella -not secured area (you can just lock the villa but the -whole area of villas has free access (no lock) -to the beach you have to pass right next to another vila and their patio, no space for sunbathing right in front of the accommodation -not sure if they presented pool here but if so we did not find any (no one told us where)

great spot. a hidden gem. I’ll be back.

it exceeded my expectations or ambitions. right by the beach and very close to where i needed to be.

the only slight gripe would be the air conditioner directly above the bed. i personally prefer them not blowing over me. but that’s personal. everything else was perfect for me.

It's our 2nd stay here for a 1 month period and we will be coming again next year.

Seconds away from the beach and within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Only a 4 minute drive to Fishermans Village.

Exceptional

Amazing location right in the center of town with useful Tesco across the street and restaurants steps away. The Villa was spectacular and spacious and had the best ocean view. Large comfy sofa, a big TV with great sound, and a fully stocked kitchen. Amit was so kind and helpful- booking us airport pickup, motorcycle rental and giving local tips. Fisherman's village was 6 mins bike away, with great oceanfront massage places (Cyan), wonderful trendy restaurants (Coco Tam's) and shopping. We love the Bophut area and enjoyed the beach front walks during sunsets.

Everything: literally on the beach, super clean, big comfy bed, big bathroom with amazing water pressure, a short journey from the airport, and Amit could not have been a better host!

Short stay at a cosy little beach resort

Good contact with host, quick to respond. Willing to connect you to other people/services on the island, very helpful!! bungalow was very spacious. Easy acces, pictures are pretty accurate. Good value for money. Restaurants, Tesco express, 7-Eleven and (very basic) gym within walking distance. Also close to K.O.B. By the Sea, nice place for breakfast/lunch. Make sure to book the room with ocean view, really worth the extra cash!

Not much beach/sand in front of the property, probably due to the season, high water. Wifi wasn't working one of the days, but the owner was on it and got it working again the same day. You really need a motorbike/car but that goes for the ENTIRE island, not just for this resort specifically. because taxi's are crazy expensive!

Very good

The room was lovely, very clean and had the most comfortable bed with fresh linen, duck down duvet and feather pillows! I had the best night sleep. My room was in the garden area so I didn’t have a sea view. The rooms with the sea view had a lovely big balcony and looked amazing but they were fully booked,

I couldn’t connect to the WiFi.

Great little place close to the beach. Friendly reception and Late check out was no problem at all. They also arranged a taxi for me to take me to the airport.

No restaurant, although stated in description

Pool was filthy, unusable. Most uncomfortable bed, we cut our stay short and moved to another hotel, this was an extra expensive we didn’t need.

It’s very spacious and tasteful interior. The location is great. The view is amazing. The kitchen is well equipped. Big TV and huge terrace.

There’s no air condition in the living room, just fan. People like to sit Infront the villa at the beach which reduces privacy on the terrace.
