A very suitable and safe place to enjoy your time with whoever you go with.

The Location was incredible with a calm soothing environment which I really enjoyed and didn’t want to leave.The Villa itself had a very modern design with amazing furniture and rooms including a room on the roof which was my personal favourite as I spent a lot of my time there along with a pool which you could customise the temperature to your own preference for example if you was hot you could make it cold and if you were feeling cold you could make the water warm. This resort also has a supermarket you couldn’t even imagine with every item you could ever think of or need along with delicious restaurants and a chef who works within the property which you could order food from which could come all the way to you. I also enjoyed the beach as It was very clean and looked after my last night at the resort I was also sent a beautiful dinner from the owner as a incentive who was very friendly and helpful I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back!

everything is amazing but my only advise would be that you need a car or something to use to get around for things such as the supermarket,pharmacy etc.

The villa is Amazing

The villa is very nice, the pool is amazing and very clean. Someone comes to clean the pool everyday. the furniture is very elegant. The villa was very clean.3 rooms are sea view and the view is amazing. the kitchen has everything you need Since I booked from booking the property manager and the owner were very good with communication. we arrived to find a very nice fruit basket waiting for us and it was a very nice gesture. The owner was following up with me since the reserved until we arrived and he made everything clear. There is a very nice grill in the garden. There is a Jetty 2 mins walking from the villa which has one of the best snorkeling Spots I've ever seen. They offer you guest cards to enter 2 beaches in Sahl hashesh and you only pay 50 LE per person. Sailors beach is very clean and is one of the best beaches. the old town and best way supermarket is 5 mins by car. the old town is a very nice place, near all cafes and hotels. Sahl Hashesh in General is a calm, relaxing place. I had all my family we all had fun, the villa is perfect for families who has kids. defiantly it will not be the last time.

A great place to stay

Everything First, Location Location Location, fantastic🌷 From the beginning, the check in was on time, Mr Haythem and Mr Ahmed were waiting for us in front of villa. Although we only booked one villa, the owner, Dr Ahmed, kindly closed the other villa to increase the safety measures specially regarding the current situation. The villa, outside: the pool was clean, and every morning, there is someone who clean the pool and keep its hygiene. Around the pool the area was spacious and it's provided with charcoal grill, even the charcoal was provided. The villa, indoor, the kitchenette has all the appliances and working fine, fridge, microwave, kettle and electric hob. The whole area is air conditioned. The living area has 55 inch TV, wifi. Unfortunately, all the networks in the area wasn't great. The 4 bedrooms in the second and third floor were clean and also air conditioned. The bathrooms were clean and ventilated. The bedroom in the third floor was a masterpiece, the view specially during the first day with the moon reflected on the sea, was magnificent. The place really worth visiting repeatedly.

Lovely villa

The villa was so clean and spacious. The owner is very friendly and accommodated our requests. Each room had it’s own air conditioner. We enjoyed the heated pool and the seating around the pool. This villa will definitely be my choice every time I stay in Sahl Hasheesh.

Enjoyed our stay, and would go again, but.....

The spaciousness of the property and overall vibe of the place was very nice. The host was helpful and quick to respond to all our communications. We did enjoy our stay, but the property needs some keeping up with maintenance. Would go again but with adjusted expectations, and hopefully the host acts upon my comments to improve the experience. Finally, we were pleasantly surprised the landscaping around the property was much higher and denser that the old photos on the listing, which really gave more privacy to the space.

The property was not ready upon arrival, and the pool wasn't properly cleaned. The internet connection and cell reception was a nightmare, specially on the ground floor. Cell reception was much better on the roof level. Typically that wouldn't be an issue, but if you plan to get any online work/meeting done during your stay like I did, it could a nuisance. The listing photos are old and don't reflect the property accurately, namely, the top master bedroom is on the roof with a small bathroom with no shower tub or stall, just shower head over the toilet (not luxury). Also, the living room and outdoor patio furniture needs to be updated as it's worn down but (not as clean and fresh as in the pictures).

Beautiful Villa in Sahl Hashish with private pool.

Location is great. Villa is so clean and spacious. Pool is amazing.

Check-in was very late at 5 pm which waisted the first day for us.
