This newer lake home is situated in a premier northern Lake Keowee location with great open water lake front. 30 minutes to Clemson. Family friendly and kid loved, this spacious 2 level home features two separate family rooms. One upper, one lower, each with it's own large screen TV, Lake/Mountain View’s. Tastefully and beautifully decorated, come enjoy this newer lake home and furnishings. Now eco friendly with solar power to lower your carbon footprint. On the upper level, you'll enjoy views of the lake and mountains from the master bedroom suite, family room, dining area, and kitchen. Three large picture windows in the family room frame the natural beauty of the lake and mountains. You can savor your morning coffee from the upper balcony located just off the kitchen while taking in lake and Mountain View’s. The upper master bedroom suite features a king bed, wall mounted large screen TV, and Lake and Mountain View’s. The adjoining master suite bathroom features a large tiled walk-in shower and soaking tub. The lower level features a second master suite with private full bath. The second master bedroom suite has a queen bed and features a tiled walk-in shower. The second master suite enjoys lake and mountsin views. Adjacent to this master suite is second spacious family area with a large, wall mounted TV, and a full bathroom. The second family area accesses the lower cover porch with foosball table and outdoor dining table as well as the fire pit area. The lower level features the third bedroom. The third bedroom features a Queen/Queen bunk bed. Third bedroom also has lake and Mountain View’s. Just outside the sliding doors on the lower level is a patio area and fire pit with Lake and Mountain Views. At the water is a covered dock with jetports. Bring your own boat or rent one locally. Next to the dock is our swimming area/beach, with stone steppers into the lake. Great protected shallow water sandy bottom area and deeper water swimming area. A Picnic table area is also located at water’s edge. A paved golf cart path connects the ridge top home to the lake and dock area. It's approximately 100 yards from the house to the dock area. Although we do not provide a golf cart with your stay, there are golf carts available to rent locally in Seneca. Very impressed with how accommodating the hosts were and the overall property and interior. We had a blast going to swim in the lake and watch movies together at night. We will be coming back :)

Three couples in town for a wedding. Kitchen well equipped, house very clean, lake location and dock excellent. But, don't forget to bring bath soap and soap for kitchen sink - not provided. Otherwise, an excellent choice and would rent again without hesitation. Caveat: kitchen and dining area are on second floor so if stairs are an issue for anyone in your party, this would not be a good house for you.

This was a family vacation including 3 children. The property was amazing and all it was advertised to be plus more. It was the perfect size for our family and had all the amenities we needed. The boat dock/slip was perfect as we had our boat and the swim platform was perfect for the kids. The kitchen had all that was needed and very nice appliance. The house was exceptionally clean. The communications with the owners were excellent. We would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO to anyone and hope to be able to stay here agin.

Amazing property on Upper Lake Keowee. Fantastic home with incredible views of lake and dramatic sunsets. Home has great floor plan with upper floor for kitchen and master suite. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on lower floor great for privacy. Fully furnished kitchen with everything you could possibly want. A very quiet location. I am already planning a return visit !!!!

Foosball table was so fun after an all day excursion in our boat rental. Dock was amazing and a bonus we could pull the boat under its cover. The hike up the hill is not for the faint of heart but you can drive closer if needed! Everything you could possibly need is in the kitchen and we really enjoyed the variety of coffee/ espresso machines!! Grill temp was a little difficult to regulate but we used it multiple times. Only thing I wish they had was a porch swing. Only problem I would foresee for future renters is the kitchen is upstairs from the front and back doors so be prepared to go up a lot of stairs even inside the house (we had 2 heavy coolers with our food and drinks for 10 days)
Host was quick to answer questions and see how we were doing:) plenty of linens towels and blanket, toiletries and hand dish and laundry soap

This property is great for families with kids. We rented a boat and enjoyed having our own dock. The kids went down to fish every morning and evening. The house was stocked with everything we needed, including lots of extra pillows and blankets.

We had a great time at this wonderful lake house. It has some great views and the house is in a great location. Host has great directions and the house had so many amenities. Loved the outside space and foosball table. The kids and adults loved it.

Great house! Located on Lake Keowee and has everything you could want or ask for. Fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils needed for big family meals. The two floors of living space give everyone their space while providing plenty of room and seating for gatherings. The beds were comfortable. We brought our boat, and the dock was perfect. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved the cabin. The layout is awesome with the 2 stories and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We cannot wait to book the cabin again next year!!

We had a great time! The house was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Yes the hill to the lake was steep but we knew what we were getting into and it was worth it for the Mountain View’s from almost every room in the house.

Our family had a wonderful time at this location. The house and views met all our expectations. The dock and beach area were great and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the lake. We would defiantly stay at this location again. Thanks for a great week!

Amazing Home!
The home was amazing! Until repairs are made to the boat lift and jet ports people should be fully aware of the dock situation. The dock is located in a high traffic area on the lake. The wake is very violent on the dock and the lift and jet ports are absolutely needed to protect boat and wave runners from damage. None of the equipment was working on our stay. Everything else was excellent and would definitely consider staying at this property again.

Can't say enough about the owner. He met us on day one, gave us a quick tour, valuable tips and checked in on us with water level reports since we brought a boat and two jet skis. House was beautiful, clean and in an excellent location. Close to boat landing, party cove, gas, ice and Jocassee. Hope to return soon. Thanks again for sharing your little piece of paradise and my favorite area of the house---the upstairs porch with a view of both the mountains and the lake!

My son loved finding wood and making fires in the fire pit, the kids loved playing on the sandbar by the dock, and the boat/dock was what we needed to layout and park the boat. The hike up the hill was okay. We thought it was great exercise after eating/drinking too much, but the golf cart path or the side road that joins the property in front was convenient. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of linens and towels! We brought our own food from home to grill out every night and unplugged! :)

Excellent condition of kitchen, rooms, baths and porches. The location was perfect for morning coffee on the upper level porch, the dock was good for sunning and swimming. The cottage is tucked into the woods, hence, is quiet and peaceful.

This property was perfect for our Christmas getaway. Everything was as described, an abundance of towels and all you would need to not have to scramble to get to a store for typical kitchen necessities one would need for an extended stay. The view was so very enjoyable and secluded enough to sit by the fire and not hear any neighbors. There are plenty of seating options out back to accommodate a large group, as well. A short walk to the boat dock, you can see the bottom of the lake as you walk across the connecting bridge. Hot showers were nice with all the space in all 3 showers!! An abundance of seating if you have a bigger group.
The owner of this property is exceptionally warm and inviting after booking and communication was fantastic.
If thinking of booking this place, it is definitely worth your while!! Looking forward to possibly booking in the summer!!

We loved everything about this place! It was beautiful, the weather was glorious and the leaves are changing. The water we have never seen so clear in a lake. The house was very well-kept and clean. One thing that could be an issue is that I had injured my leg before coming. The kitchen is on the second floor and the only way to get there is up a flight of stairs. So that could be disclosed somewhere. However we would definitely come back as it was such a relaxing vacation. We had to change dates and the owner was very accommodating!

This is the second time we rented this house. We love the location and the views of the lake and mountains and having quick access to our boat at the dock. The hose is really nice also! The house is very modern and new with nice appliances. Thank you for letting us stay!
