Perfect location - cozy condo replete with everything you need for a vacation on the Cape. The grounds are beautiful and provide many different activities to enjoy. The location in Brewster is great providing a centrally positioned jumping-off point to explore the Cape. We very much look forward to booking the condo again in the future!

The Condo is clean and comfortable. The grounds are well manicured. We spent 5 nights in the unit and would recommend the unit. The only issue we had was with the Queen bed it was too soft for my wife. Brewster is a quiet community with a few good eateries to choose from. We enjoyed the Cape and will probably be back to the area.

Clean house, great access to beach (and beach yoga for the win!), plus fast wifi for getting work done. The patio, grounds, and communication with owner can't be beat.

My family of 5 stayed during 4th of July week. We had a great time - the condo was perfect for my family. Hope to stay again soon.

This is my second time renting this condo. It was great the first time and equally great the second. I'll be back!

This was the perfect location for a family with little ones. There were plenty of age-appropriate things for our 4 year old and 1 year old to do, and we did them all (from the swimming pool, to the playground, to the beach). My kids loved Crosby Landing at low tide because they could play in the tide pools without worrying about being knocked down by waves. As for the condo itself, it had everything we needed including a pack n' play for the 1 year old, which was very much appreciated because it lightened our luggage considerably. There are also plenty of outings in the area that will appeal to everyone: from beautiful lighthouses, to a lavender farm right around the corner from the condo (which Mama loved), and lots of amazing places to eat. If you can, visit the Lobster Pot in Provincetown for some great seafood for the whole family (and it truly was family friendly for anyone worried about that). For entertainment there's Edaville and Thomas Land for the Thomas-obsessed 4 year old and we would definitely recommend the Children's Museum in Cape Cod if you need an indoor day due to bad weather or just want a break from sun and sand. If you want educational outings there’s the Whydah Pirate Museum and the Highland Light House, but be advised that little children can't ascend the lighthouse so the adults will have to take turns. We truly loved the area and will be recommending it to friends and family. We also really appreciated the owner of the condo and how gracious she was about any questions we had. She's very responsive and happy to help which means a lot when you're traveling with little ones and you need to be very organized. Thank you so much from the Trapp Family!

the Ocean Edge property is gorgeous, the location is great because there is less traffic off 6A then staying by Route 28, there was always a spot to park in, there were no loud parties, and you were able to get rid of your trash anytime you wanted because they had a small building within walking distance to discard all your trash. The condo itself was very nice as was the owner.

My stay at 49 Chilton Lane was lovely. The condo is very comfortable with lovely amenities that made my stay delightful. Any questions I had throughout my stay were promptly addressed and resolved by Amy. The grounds are beautiful and the Brewster area is a treasure to explore. In my many times on Cape Cod I had never really stayed in Brewster. I will be back.

This was our third year staying in this condo. We're looking forward to going back again next year. Amy was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and quickly responded to all inquiries.

my family and i had a wonderful stay!!! amy was great to work with!!! pack and play for our 1 year old was very handy! location was wonderful. close to restaurants and things to do!!! pools were fun. fletcher pool had a kiddie pool our kids loved and a heated indoor pool for nights or cloudy days!!! can't wait to go back!!!

We had a nice week in Brewster and Cape Cod area. The condo fit our needs for a family of 5. Amy was very help with things to do in the area and restaurants. Always responded quickly as well. The unit was well supplied for cooking. The washer and dryer was a plus. There were movies and a Wii which was nice for downtime at night. Our youngest (7 yrs) slept on a cot...probably not overly comfortable for anyone too much older. No fault of the owner, but the guests below us were smokers and it came right into our unit so we had to keep the windows and patio doors closed up. We were a little disappointed with the pools considering we paid $230 to use them for the week. The outdoor pool near the unit was not heated so it was way to cold to go in. No one under 16 years of age could use the hot tub. My kiddos like to warm up a bit in the hot tub at end of swimming. The pool staff was very friendly. Overall, the condo is well kept and the resort is nice for those who like the "country club" feel.

Immaculate apartment in a nice quite neighborhood; very polite and responsive host. Hadn't realized this would work out to be perfectly located where most things we were interested in -- beaches, good food, Hyannis, etc. were less than 30 mins away. They have a Nintendo Wii, which was a big hit with my daughter. Will return again.

This condo is very well maintained. It was very clean, updated and had all the comforts of home. The owner was more than accommodating and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Amy and Dave's condo. This unit is nicely renovated with a fully stocked and spacious kitchen, comfortable bedding and updated bathrooms. It was the perfect fit for our family. We utilized the passes for the fitness center and the pools on the property almost every day. We were able to walk to the facilities because the condo is perfectly located in relation to Ocean Edge's amenities. We had a great time!

This is a very nice condo with a great location. The furnishings and decorating are very attractive, and it has all the comforts of home-great kitchen stuff, hairdryers, laundry supplies, etc. And Amy, of course, was a delight to deal with. She was so helpful and accommodating about everything we needed. I would certainly recommend renting this unit. Marsha O.

I would not hesitate to rent this condo! It was very nicely decorated with all the conveniences of home. The kitchen had all new appliances and the living area was spacious and very comfortable. Our host, Amy, was extremely proactive and responsive to all of our questions. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Brewster area and am looking forward to my next visit to Chilton Lane.
