This modern self contained three bedroom home offers stylish and comfortable living The lounge, dining and kitchen are open plan, with great indoor/outdoor flow to the outdoor entertaining area which includes deck, BBQ and spa pool. Sit and relax in front of the 60" smart T.V The fully equipped kitchen allows to cater for a romantic dinner or a function for family or corporate guests. Two bedrooms have a superking or twin single configuration and the third is a queen, there is also a queen pullout sofa in the lounge For larger groups we have two four bedroom houses a few doors down the road De Vine Martinborough #14 and #14a Continental breakfast provisions provided on arrival (bread, butter, spreads, muesli, weetbix, milk, tea, coffee, and Sugar) Only 4 minutes walk to the square, shops and cafes Special conditions: Price $250 per night for up to 2 people + $50 per night each extra person (Sun-Thurs nights). Price $300 per night for up to 2 people + $50 per night each extra person (Fri and Sat) $60.00 cleaning fee Special conditions may apply for weekend bookings, public holidays and local event dates. check in 2pm check out 10am Extras: Linen (included);

We were very impressed with this house. Very comfy beds & everything we required for cooking was supplied. Appreciated the breakfast supplies, Netflix & of course the spa pool!

Stayed at this property with family March 2023. Property Manager couldn't have been better to deal with. Many extras provided that you don't find even in 5-star hotels. Very clean, tidy and contemporary property. These people go the extra mile and more. Highly recommended. Thanks Diane

We arrived to a warm home that was beautifully decorated inside. Diane met us and gave us a good run through on the house. She was so lovely and left us a beautiful bottle of wine to enjoy. The property has a lovely spa pool and the kitchen is superb. We also got to enjoy the breakfast supplies which included fresh eggs and milk. The beds were super comfy and the home was warm and incredibly clean and well maintained. Diane goes to the extra level to ensure her visitors are well looked after and we cannot thank her enough. We highly recommend this property. It is within a 4 minute walk to the main Martinborough township so you couldn't get a better location. We will be back.

Really well equipped, well maintained, great spa pool. Lovely place. I'm really struggling to find something negative.... hmm, -- they only had 2 tea-towels in the kitchen -- where 3 or 4 might have been better. (Yeah, that's seriously the worst thing I can think of). Oh, and no wifi. Some would consider that a feature.

The property is clean and tidy and modern for the 90's. There is no internet connectivity so be prepared to go off grid or use your data. Note De Vine do say not all properties have internet however you need to look trhough the immenities description to see that it is not listed for a given property. Given the ubiquity of internet and I think a common expectation that it would be available I think it would be prudent to emphasise this to guests. The TV available is also 15 years old so no USB so limited options if you want to watch a film; sky (without mysky - so no recording or pausing) & DVD's! The apartments are not serviced during your stay and there is no dryer so in winter be prepared to take home the washing! I did request more towels as I thought what we had was not sufficient and the management did respond and send some over half way thorugh our stay. The spa pool is good and the heaters work well

We really enjoyed our stay. The house accommodated well for our group of 8. The BBQ and spa pool were a nice touch. We also appreciated the breakfast provisions. The house is located a few minutes walk away from vineyards, the cycle store, and town centre.

Extremely well presented property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We spent Christmas here with family and it was very spacious for everyone. Short stroll to the Square and shops. Would love to rent again.

The location is excellent and it was nice and clean. We stayed in the middle of winter and it was nice and easy to heat and keep warm. Something to consider depending on the number of people staying for morning showering/toilet needs - there is only one bathroom.
