Zum Teil abgewohnt und reparaturbedürftig Bei offenen Fenstern nachts doch hoher Geräuschpegel, Müllabfuhr und marodierende Wildschweine (wirklich kein Witz)

Large apartment very close to the port. Free parking. Close to Eurospin. Excellent, quiet air conditioning. Honest owner.

The lock on the bathroom door sticks. The washing machine didn't work well because it's heavily worn out.

Apartment location was convenient to get to local beaches (by bus or taxi since we have not rent a car). Supermarket is 5min walk as well us some butcher and fish shops. Main Santa Teresa piazza is 10min walk with slight uphill walk. Santa Teresa beach is about 15-20min walk (we did not use that beach since it was overcrowded and sunbeds sold a week in advance). The apartment owner, Mr Luca, was very helpful and responsive to my queries.

There is nothing in particular that we did not like.

Kitchen, balcony and big dining table were good.

Air con unit in bedroom not working

An amazing place to stay in Santa Teresa Gallura! The appartement is perfectly located at the center of the town and we can easily walk to the restaurants and shops. The place is very clean, decorated in a beach style, with air conditioned and all the facilities we need for our vacations. The owner provided us all the information we need about what to visit and where to eat. There is an umbrella e beach chairs to use in the beach what is perfect when we are travelling from another country!

Everything was perfect!
