About this house rental
Great beach house with seasonally heated pool! Perfect for families and friends. Quick access to the beach. Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout with tile flooring in the bathrooms. Two bedrooms have KING beds and the third has bunks for four. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and all have TVs with Youtube TV. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. Sleeps 10 with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are four balconies, two are facing the lagoon and set up for outdoor dining and relaxing, and two are facing the pool and have a peek-a-boo beach view. A park style grill is available for great cook outs. Dining area has a table for six and bar stools for four. A mirror B side of the duplex can be booked together for big groups up to 20 (see listing #1405729). Gorgeous saltwater pool in the backyard is private to the duplex. Pool can be heated in cooler weather. Great location, one block from the beach. Also, only a two minute walk to Beach House Kitchen restaurant, S and S Seafood Market, Island Ice Cream and Treats, and Waves grocery store. We are one mile from the Hangout and loads of restaurants. We are 7 minutes from Gulf State Park, Waterville USA, 15 minutes from Adventure Island. There is plenty to do!

The location is less than 3 minutes walk to beach. Which is grand with kids. Description of place is exact. Owners even called to check on us after some bad weather ( now that customer service).
Loved the pool and plenty of beach gear there to use. Clean house and stocked with what you need. Would recommend and stay again.

A beautiful, well kept property. The place was clean and cozy with plenty of space. We spent most of our time out and about but it felt like coming back home when we did come back in. Would definitely rent again!

We stayed while our daughter had a cheer competition at The Wharf. Two families shared this 3 bedroom/3 bath home. The home had everything we needed, including, a stash of coffee and sugar in the cabinets. Kitchen has some seasonings to cook with. The pool was clean and warm. The Waves store had anything you need for a quick stop. Walmart is just a mile away. Property is close to shops, food, beach. We didn't have much time to 'play' on the beach, but there were several beach toys and body boards left to use. Showers were warm. Rooms were clearn. We will be back for vacation in the near future. Amazing home.

I love that there were 3 bathrooms for each room. Its about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool is a small but its great for younger children. I cook so I had everything I needed to cook breakfast and dinner. If you are looking for luxury you will be disappointed as its a bit dated. Otherwise you wont be disappointed if you are looking for a roomy place that is close to the beach. I would book this spot again in the future.

This place is awesome! Very Close to the beach,restaurants and grocery store. The place is very clean. And you have a private pool. We met the owners, they are very kind and approachable. This place is magnificent! We will definitely book this place again and again!

Overall a great place to stay. Place was spacious, equipped with everything u need, and a great location. Pool was such an added bonus. Short walk to the beach. There is The Beach House restaurant nearby which is good along with S&S Seafood Market, and an ice cream shop. All of which were really good. The place was clean but could use a deeper cleaning to wipe down kitchen cabinets, baseboards, and window sills, Overall a great stay and would probably return!

This property was a great set up for a family. We put the teens upstairs and we stayed downstairs. Many items were provided to use including beach chairs. This is my favorite property we have stayed at in Gulf Shores.

This is a great place to stay. The hosts are so kind and easy to work with. The house is in a good location, in a quiet neighborhood. The heated pool was awesome for late April when the ocean was still very cold. We had a lot of fun as a family relaxing by the pool. The outdoor space though small, is very nice, the porch swing is a quant added touch. And we used it often. The sinks, tubs and toilets were very clean. My only complaint was the condition of the kitchen cabinets. We cooked often and though the overall feel of this house is clean, the kitchen cabinets had a lot of build up and food drips as did the baseboards, especially in the bathrooms. Addressing those two things would make this place 5 star all around. Overall, a great place, a great location and great hosts.

Great condo
We loved our stay at this condo! It was clean, spacious, well stocked with kitchen cookware, and on a nice, quiet street not far from the beach. The heated pool was awesome! Also, the beach chairs and cart and the pool toys were a great touch! Each bedroom has an adjoining full bath so that was awesome as well. We loved it! We totally recommend.

Gulf Shores Vacation
This was our first visit to Gulf Shores. Weather was great, accommodations were wonderful and had a small issue and contacted the owner and within minutes contacted us and minor issue resolved. Well located and Would definitely recommend this property.

We had a blast with our family. Half of us stayed in side A and the other in side B. The pool was perfect for relaxing and letting the kids play. The beach was a short walk and we had everything we needed with all that was provided from wagons, beach chairs, to buckets and shovels!! Don’t forget to bring a beach towel as that is not provided but other than that the house is fully stocked with dishes ect!! We would definitely recommend this place!

The beach in this area is not very crowded which was absolutely delightful. The owners are very easy to work with for any questions or concerns. The beach in this area is not very crowded which was absolutely delightful. The owners are very easy to work with for any questions or concerns. Perfect location
This home is located on a quiet street away from the “touristy” part of Gulf Shores, but a 5 minute walk gets you to restaurants, groceries and most importantly, the beach! Highly recommend for groups of all ages!

The owners of the property are great. They thought of everything to make the stay easy. The beds are comfortable. The house is clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. We really enjoyed the stay and will absolutely stay again.

Great beach vacation
Every year I meet my brother and his family at the beach in March. This house was perfect for our group of 6 this year! The house was the perfect size, the heated pool was fabulous, the location was ideal (a short 5-minute walk to the beach), and there was even ice cream and seafood one block away! The extra little things made this house even better, such as having beach chairs that we could use during our stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat (and I may do so in the future).

Our son had his first swim in it and didn’t cry once! We have a fish on our hands! Owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The owners were lovely and very responsive, place was well-stocked and very clean, and the location was great. Easy walking distance to beach and close to state parks and such. We were working and doing school remotely during this time and did not have any major internet issues, which was a plus. My small children had a ton of fun and the area is very kid-friendly -- the house also has some beach/water toys which was nice. The only downside was that the pool heater was glitchy due to some storms in the area, but George and Wendy were very responsive in addressing the issue. We hope to go back one day and highly recommend!

Family of 4 had a great relaxing time. The house was great for us, space to spread out when needed and great for family time. The beach is a very short walk. The heated pool was awesome when we did not want to go to the beach. Would come back again. The hosts were very accommodating.
