Great location- ski out from the back door. Less busy village and ticket lines for the Beav. Roaring gas fire place and bedrooms well spaced out, with their own en suites. Well stocked kitchen. Would definitely again.

Great Stay!!!!
Loved this location and home. We originally had 3 family's, but unfortunately only 2 could make the trip. Home was set up great for us, wonderful amenities, great location. Loved skiing then sitting on the deck and having beverages in the late afternoon watching skiers go by. Everything was great and would rent again!!
Communication was spectacular leading up to and during our stay.

The property itself was perfectly located as our top priority was ski in ski out which this for sure was. Only downside is the sleeping accommodations may be a bit over stated.

Cleanliness
Home felt like it needed a good cleaning. Bunk bedroom smelled like dog urine-no one wanted to sleep there it was strong. All area rugs smelled bad too….
We booked a two week stay and had to request more paper towels and toilet paper. Back door handle fell off every time we closed it. Most lightbulbs were out.

This property was amazing. I was hard to find 3 king beds so I was glad for that. It is right off the Cresta run at the bottom of Arrow Bahn lift so a great location.

Great trip. Location of condo on the mountain suited our group perfectly. We rented equipment at the base of Arrowhead lift and everything was great. We had a small group for this size condo so space was plentiful. We enjoyed the hot tub everday. Kitchen well stocked. Location just a short drive to Edwards or Avon. 5-Star visit.

Great location nice amenities
Townhouse is in great location on hill easy access - climb up side of run and you are skiing. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room. Only downside was hot tub was not ready for us when we arrived but texted and resolved next day.

A great experience for the entire group!
This home is a very beautiful home right on the slopes of Arrowhead/Beaver Creek. Our group of all business professionals enjoyed the home and we will definitely look for this property if/when we return to this ski resort. Very clean, and well appointed, you can literally ski right to the door! Getting on the slopes is just a few steps from the indoor ski equipment storage area. The deck and hot tube face the slope and you can sit and watch (and occasionally converse with) virtually every type of outdoor enthusiast that passes by. Thanks for sharing your home!

Wonderful location for a family vacation!
Wow! This property looked perfect online but it greatly exceeded our expectations. The ability to walk out the back door and ski down to Arrowhead Lift was a huge bonus. We rented in December and were fortunate that most of Beaver Creek resort was open. We went skiing every day. We never used the shuttle service but that was our preference.
One of our favorite activities was sledding down the hill behind the house. The house had two small green sleds that our grandson used after the slopes were closed. He said that was his favorite thing and loved saying that this vacation was “snow” much fun.
Fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, family friendly set up, cable TV, great WiFi and a large dining table helped make our visit even better. We cooked in the kitchen most nights and found everything we needed. One night we used the outdoor grill which was clean and new.
The advantage of the rental being a family home rather than a strict rental property provided lots of perks. The loft upstairs was the perfect place for our 4 year old grandson to sleep. A few more kids could have slept on the couches. The loft had a good supply of dvd movies and an old school Mario Kart game that was a big hit. We also appreciated the large closet of games and kids toys. We brought our 9 month old granddaughter who slept in a crib in the large master closet. Each room had fans that could be used as white noise (which is something our family appreciates). We rented a crib, safety gate for the stairs and high chair from a company we found online. The rental agent was a great facilitator for getting that delivered and set up before our arrival. We had one small issue with hot water but we called and it was immediately addressed.
Thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us. Our family made some very special memories here!

Very cute on outside. Not clean on inside. too many stairs. Grill a disaster,took the
mgr. 2 hrs to clean it. The sheets on our bed had not been changed???

Great house and we had a wonderful time. Only issue is a total lack of stereo or sonos speakers. So bring your own speaker if you want to listen to music.

PERFECTand SPACIOUS for seven adults
The Spirit felt in this home is heart-warming; you just feel like you are a part of someone's loving family and are blessed to get to share their home. It is a wonderful, well-kept place and has a well-appointed kitchen. We cooked a lot, including a huge turkey dinner, and had everything we needed to prepare the groceries we brought. We also brought several of our own spices, but that was something we knew we would need to do. We love to cook for our family, so the kitchen was a big deal for us.
The TV did not work at first, but our contact Linda came over and since one of us was an IT guy, it got resolved fairly quickly. The coffee pot also was broken, but my point in writing about these two "mishaps" is only to point out that the situation was resolved quickly.
The hot tub was clean and private, so that was a plus after a day of skiing, and the steam shower in the master bath made for a relaxing evening ritual. We brought movies along with us, but there is a wonderful assortment available upstairs in the loft/screening room/extra bedroom.
This was our first vacation with our adult children, and it could not have been better. We are all very independent, and never felt on top of each other, yet enjoyed our time together in the main room and dining area. Late night found us each in our own space enjoying privacy, and the room by the hot tub was for the night owls. Perfect for them! There were seven adults, and the accommodations were perfect. The lift at Arrowhead not being open at this early point in December MAY be viewed as a negative by some, but we enjoyed the quiet and just shuttled over to Beaver Creek. Many in our group would like to stay when the lift is open, but dollar for dollar, i would veto that notion.
I truly hope that we can do this again next year and stay at the same place. I can't imagine anything that would make it a better place to stay.

Great
We loved location and ease of getting around. There were a lot of accessories out that made the home very homey but a few too many for vacationers. We did have trouble with the grill but after the tank was changed twice all was fine. It was pretty dirty inside grill but no clean grill brush. So we did best we could burning off crud.
Only major issue was pipe under kitchen sink burst our last night when we got home from dinner. We found it when got home from dinner out. We tried to clean up underneath and four of us united to clean floor and make sure wood floor was dry. As a result we did not run dishwasher before leaving. We tried to wash as many towels as we could last night used to clean up pipe mess but could not do all of them. We left at 6:30 this am. Other than that all was great and we loved the property.

Great property, great location
We rented for a long weekend with three families. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy all that Beaver Creek and Arrowhead have to offer. First it is a ski-in/ski-out property with great access to the runs and lift in Arrowhead. The Kitchen was very well equipped and came with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful property inside and out. Great location and great accommodations, It does not get much better. We would/will absolutely rent it again.

location! Relaxation! Quiet!
We had a wonderful time relaxing at this townhome! We went in the summer, the pool was just steps down the hill! It is a gorgeous pool area with a couple of hot tubs, bathhouse, and the pool is long enough for swimming laps or just a rowdy game of monkey in the middle. The hiking trails are also steps away and link up to other trails, taking you across the mountain. The place is very nice and clean with great size rooms, a separate play area for the kids that is just around the corner from main living/dining/kitchen and beautiful windows and vaulted ceilings. The gas grill is great for us since we eat in a lot, love sitting on the deck and just relaxing. The bedrooms are heaven; huge beds, fresh linens, crack open the window for a cool mountain breeze and I'm sleeping like a baby. Perfect for our family and plenty of room for more!

Exceptional Property!
Our week at this townhome may have been our best family vacation ever. The ski in-ski out location made it perfect for all skiing abilities in our family; we met there for lunch each day, and we ate out on the deck while watching people ski past. The views are spectacular and the home is luxurious while retaining the "mountain décor" feel. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is great for people who like to cook and eat in (we did) and the common area is spacious and inviting. The skiing is literally out the door, and the Arrowhead runs are perfect for a variety of skiing abilities. Our teenaged sons skied all day every day, dad kept up with them very well and mom enjoyed skiing half-days and then returning to a relaxing, beautiful place to read by the fire or sit in the hot tub. Shopping and restaurants are close by, but we hardly wanted to leave this remarkable home. We all want to go back! We highly recommend it!

Fantastic CO Mountain Getaway
I had one of the best ski trips I've ever had at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy all that Beaver Creek and Arrowhead have to offer. First off, this is a true ski-in/ski-out property with great access to the runs and lift in Arrowhead. It is furnished and feels like a true Colorado mountain home, and also had a very nice area downstairs for storing skis, ski boots, and all our other gear, making the transition to and from the slopes seamless. The house is also very accommodating for large groups. Each bedroom feels like the master bedroom and has it's own private bathroom and a TV. In addition, there are two main living areas in the house which was great for our group, a well-equipped kitchen, a large private hot tub, Wifi, a bbq grill, and even high-end Sonos speakers we could stream music to from our iPhones. No detail was spared in the design and furnishing of this home and it shows. Everyone in our group had a great time here and we will certainly be back.
