Spectacular five-star beachfront with spectacular views over the sea and the best sunsets in Benidorm. All new after reform. Furniture and decoration very careful. Have a soft drink, listen to music, read or chat in front of the sea in total relaxation. Enjoy a true vacation listening to the waves of the sea at night. Sustainable accommodation label. Located on the promenade of Playa de Levante in Rincón de Loix. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, pubs, bars, shops, ATMs, banks, bus transport and taxis. There are doormen 7 days a week and security cameras. It has 4 independent air conditioners with heating in the living room and in the 3 bedrooms. Mosquito nets on all windows, swimming pool, parking and Wifi. Maximum 6 seats. Completely equipped with trousseau, crockery, glassware and complete furniture. Living room with a beautiful 5-seater sofa with a chaise longue plus another chaise longue facing the sea. 55-inch Smart TV with satellite channels. Two bedrooms with a 1.40x1.95 bed and the third with two 90 trundle beds. It has a full bathroom adapted for the disabled and a toilet. Independent full kitchen with dishwasher and all kinds of new appliances. Inner patio with clothesline. Community pool and parking with charging for electric vehicles. Minimum rental 5 days according to season. Pets Allowed. Deposit €400.

Owner sent all the information we needed, Picking up keys went smoothly, Apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need, beds comfortable, Location is perfect and the view is just spectacular

Spent from 23rd to 1st in the apartment with family or 5 and we was all very happy with the place, clean and great facilities. The owner and Patricia was only a message away and responded very fast. Highly recommend to friends and family.

The apartment was as advertised and very quiet and comfortable. Picking the keys up from the old town was a bit of a pain but other than that we would highly recommend and will probably look to book again and we will inform our family and friends

Hubby and I stayed in Miguel's lovely apartment from 30th September - 27th October, joined by daughter and son in law for the last week. We all had a wonderful time, the apartment is spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need. The location is perfect too, close to everything without being at all noisy. The key collection from Interhome was very straightforward, communication from Miguel and Interhome was very good. Highly Recommended !

Apartments where lovely, the view is fantastic. The problem we had was the blinds not all of them worked which was a pain when sleeping and a lack of pillars and bedding.
Would definitely return, we even left salt and pepper for the next visitors as we noticed a comment left on the reviews.

Brilliant apartment, spacious bedrooms and living space. So handy to have the utility room for washing clothes and the indoor washing line. The living area was lovely, overlooking the beach front and all the activity. Air conditioning was a bonus, much needed this summer. Would definitely recommend!

The whole process was seamless and Interhome and the property owner Miguel were very responsive to any questions. Fantastic location and everything we could have wanted for three generations aged 3 years to 66 years

Outstanding service from start to finish. Beautiful home, well kept and very clean. Wonderful holiday had by all especially my father who is 84, as it was his first holiday abroad in 14yrs.

It would be good if the welcome package contained things like everyday use, there was no salt , pepper but in general it was a good place to stay. Very quiet but in the heart of the town

appartment very clean 2 min from beach front for beach lovers. which we are not ,no terrace to sit on,music tent next door while we where there.Like sleeping in A nightclub.Only spanish channels on tv,no english channels ,Appartment has everything you could ask for,kitchen laundry room.Key collection too far we where lucky we knew benidorm.but its not on a bus route so long walk or taxi.

Fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The communication with the owner, Miguel, was excellent, and he was readily available to answer any query we had. We were able to collect the keys at the apartment. Property was as described in the advert. A beachfront location with all amenities such as supermarkets, bus stop, restaraunts, beach, promenade and activities. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with electric fans in addition to air conditioning. Satellite and internet TV along with wifi worked perfectly. The community pool is a good size and is not crowded. It also includes plenty of shade. We plan to stay here again on future holidays.

The apartment was spotless clean and in an excellent location for bars and restaurants and only a 30 second walk to the beach.
We will defiantly be coming back 👌👍

Lovely apartment fantastic location only downside is travelling to the old town to pic up a set of keys at 11pm was like being on a wild goose chase need a closer pick up point for keys or someone to meet & greet at the apartment but over all had a super holiday thank you 😊

Aircon in the property was fantastic, definitely a bonus. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Apartment block as a whole was extremely well kept. Close to the beach and bars/the strip. Extremely easy to book and communicate with owner/Interhome. Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment on the beach for a reasonable price, definitely better than a lot of the properties we looked at for a similar price. 5/5 stars.

Superbe appartement avec une vue magnifique.
Excellent séjour, logement vaste ,d’une propreté irréprochable et au goût du jour ! Emplacement géographique proche de toutes commodités et à 20 mètres de la plage surveillée. A recommandé pour des vacances en famille. Très belle prestation à tout point.
