Situated in Hamlin Lake, this lovely cottage for $150 per night is a great choice for your next break. Lucy's Loft is perfect for you, if you are looking for a vacation place that is clean, cozy, quiet and comfortable and feels like home. It is a fully furnished upstairs 2-bedroom cottage located on the Middle Bayou of beautiful Hamlin Lake, just north of Ludington, MI. The cottage has wall-to-wall carpeting and is fully furnished with a queen bed in one bedroom and twin beds in the other bedroom. Blankets, pillows, and sheets are provided. The bathroom is complete with a tub and shower. A limited number of towels are provided. The kitchen is fully furnished with large and small appliances, including a microwave, blender, coffee maker, etc., pans, dishes, linens - everything you will need to feel at home. There is no lodging under the cottage, just storage. Free Wifi service is provided in the cottage. There is access to the lake, with a guest dock available for your boat. If you don't bring a boat, there are boat and pontoon rentals close by. Your kids (and you) will have fun fishing for pan fish off the docks. Many beaches are located nearby in Ludington, along miles of Lake Michigan coastline or at the Ludington State Park. Hamlin Lake is located approximately 10 miles north of Ludington, MI. Lucy's Loft is located on the middle bayou of Hamlin Lake. Detailed directions will be provided at booking. This is our 2nd time staying at Lucy’s Loft and we love it. It’s clean, comfortable, and Joyce is so easy & nice to work with. The location is perfect for access to downtown Ludington, shopping, parks, and the beach. We tried some new restaurants this time that we enjoyed but it’s also nice to have a place to make some of our own food if we like. We’ll definitely be back to Lucy’s Loft!

It was a couples getaway and we had a wonderful time. Great to spend time in nearby Ludington and also just hangout at the property. Joyce was a great communicator from the start and so friendly on property. The fire pit is technically at her backyard but you would have never even known she was home. Hamlin lake is beautiful and we know we could have stayed several more days. We are keeping this on our list for a return visit!

It is a well kept, clean and cozy cottage with easy access to Hamlin Lake as well as being close to downtown Ludington and Ludington State Park. Owners were very kind and friendly. We will definitely be booking for next year

Our cottage at Hamlin Lake was clean and welcoming. Joyce our hostess had fresh cookies waiting on the table for us. She also met us right away and gave us a tour of the property and parking. We had a dock to park the boats and kayak from. It was a relaxing week. Very close to the state park and lots of beaches. Would recommend Lucy's Loft.

Very nice, clean and cozy loft near Middle Buyou of Hamlin Lake that is comfortable for family of four. Easy access to lake and walking distance to boat/wave runner rentals. Beautiful views and sunsets from Middle Buyou bridge. Owners are very hospitable. Looking forward to booking again next year!

Came up for cousins graduation party. Got in later than planned but once there we were able to relax. Property was emmaculate. Even were greeted with a plate full of freshly baked cookies. Never had that happen before. Staying in contact with Joyce was very easy. I would definitely stay here again

My sister and I enjoyed the peace and quiet - the chance just to unwind. Lucy's Loft is quaint, cozy, and clean. Lake Michigan and Ludington were a short drive away. This was a truly perfect for a long weekend of relaxation! Joyce and Tom were sweet and kind. Good people!!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Loft and will definitely return. Joyce is so kind and thoughtful, the little details..... Like the cookies on the table when we arrived, the wonderful picture of Lucy in the kitchen, the photo's..etc. You are 5 minutes from downtown, Lake Michigan and 5 min from the state park. It was very convenient to be able to stop back at the loft real quick to grab lunch, or whatever before venturing out again ❤️

My husband and I stayed a few nights with our 1 year old son. We had family camping in Ludington State Park so we were only at this rental for sleeping and breakfast. It is cute and close to downtown ludington and the state park, so suited our needs. However it has a slightly funny smell to it and there were a lot of spiders and webs inside! Most spiders were in the bathroom and had webs in almost every corner.. first night we pulled the blanket back on the queen bed and a spider was scurrying on the sheets.. not what you want to see before climbing in to bed! If they treat for bugs and dust the ceilings and corners for cobwebs and spider webs it will be a much nicer stay. Hosts seemed very nice and left yummy homemade cookies in the cottage for us. We didnt use the campfire area or dock across the street by their house, but they said it was available to use whenever we wished.

This cottage was the perfect place for a northern Michigan getaway. It was incredibly clean and cozy, had all the amenities we needed, and was in the perfect location for exploring Hamlin lake. We even had access to a great little dock where we kept our boat throughout our entire stay. We can’t wait to come back!
