Well appointed house in a secluded Edgartown neighborhood. Eight minute walk to downtown Main Street shops and harbor. Large yard, large patio with patio furniture and outside dining table that seats ten+. Four bedrooms, plus TV Room/Den has queen size futon couch and new twin sized sofa bed. 2 Bathrooms fully renovated in 2022! Large outside shower with two sections; shower section and separate changing section. Newly updated kitchen with all new appliances. Parking for three cars. Gas Grill new in 2022. Bikes, Boogie Boards. Clothes washer and dryer. High speed internet and Comcast cable TV. Sonos sound system. Lots of additional amenities. 5 minute walk to bus system that will bring you anywhere on the island including local beaches! Contact us to enquire about opportunities for extended rentals at discounted rates. Prioritizing Health and Well-Being of our Guests: Spray disinfectant will be left for incoming guests when they arrive, as well as disinfectant hand soap. (All cleaning supplies purchased prior to Covid-19) Cleaning crew will be following hotel industry recommendations as well as "Vrbo announced enhanced cleanliness guidelines", for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. White sheets and towels are all cleaned using detergent and bleach.

Our adult family of 6 was really comfortable in this house, with room to spread out. We rode the bikes provided everywhere—the beaches, the grocery store, and the shops/restaurants. The house is very clean and had a fabulous collection of kitchenware. We enjoyed several grilled meals on the patio. The owners really thought of everything necessary for a pleasurable stay and were incredibly responsive when we had a question about the air conditioner. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to be close to everything Edgartown has to offer and/or is looking for a well-outfitted home.

We had a great time. The house was terrific and very well-stocked and it was an easy walk to downtown Edgartown and the grocery store. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

This property is impeccably managed and in a great, quiet and green neighborhood a short walk away from the Edgartown restaurants and shops. We had a family and friends group with 10 people with age ranges from 2 to 75, and we loved staying here and will be likely coming back again in the future. Paul was responsive and helpful before and during our stay and always ready with solutions when we had questions for him. This was our first time on MV and we honestly had low expectations going in. Paul helped guide us on the ferry booking process for the car and some helpful tips on restaurants and parking.
The house is super clean, very welcoming and ideal for a short stay close enough but still away from the hordes of tourists over the long summer weekends. I give this a full 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful house and perfect location for our family trip. We had everyone ranging from 75 down to 14 years of age. This was a great location for a stroll into town or over to the Edgartown School to catch the shuttle to the Beach Road Festival in Vineyard Haven. Indoor and outdoor patio common areas to play cards and spend time together as a family. We really enjoyed it. Thank you, Paul!

Beautiful home, amazing location!
First of all, it was as clean as a house you rent can be. I am very particular and this was a wonderful way to start our time on MV - checking into a spotless house :)
The location is awesome, my very pregnant sister could waddle to Main st. in under 15min, so we mostly walked everywhere. Stop and Shop is a 2 min drive away.
The kitchen really does have everything you might need, zip locks, spices, parchment, every utensil/dish imaginable, and all quality too! We only had to buy coffee and paper towels.
The host replies right away if you have an issue, which is all you really need when renting.

Fell in love quickly with this spot!
Wow! We went to MV for our first visit for a wedding! Paul's home in Edgartown was the perfect place for our family of 6 adults. The property and home are so beautifully kept! The neighborhood is just 10-15 minute walk to Water Street in downtown ET. Paul was communicative and welcoming via the messages we shared. The outside shower is a wonderful touch and the mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE! The home is also well stocked with any little kitchen item you need plus the comfy sheets and plush towels aplenty! Thank you for a great stay!

Great location for an Edgartown wedding
My cousin recently got married on Martha's Vineyard, and we were looking for a space to house up to 12 of my family members within walking distance to downtown Edgartown. After striking out with a few other locations, we came across this house and booked it quickly. It was exactly what we were looking for -- enough space for us, great outdoor patio seating where we could all hang out, and a 10-15 minute walk from Edgartown so we did not have to rely on cars. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The owner, Paul, was extremely responsive and let us check in early and leave late. Overall it was a great place and we would definitely stay there again.

Only thing we would like to address in order to stay here
again next summer is the outdoor grill. Time to put in a new one.

All the beds are high end mattresses and all of the appliances are new. The owner provided lots of helpful information which made our trip go smoothly. The walk to Edgartown is extremely convenient. We had a fun time surfing, paddle boarding, biking, walking and enjoying the beautiful beaches and sights.

Wonderful Location! Excellent host!
Paul was amazing to work with while planning for our stay at the orchard. He always made time to promptly respond and communicate with us. It really added an extra level of comfort during this COVID pandemic.
The home is a perfect blend of privacy and being close to everything you could need during a stay. Our family had more than enough room to relax and we especially loved hanging on the huge patio. The outdoor shower was a hit as well! We also enjoyed the sound system every morning/evening... especially when sipping mojitos made with fresh mint from Paul’s garden!

Mr. Burton made himself very accessible . Answered all my questions. You can tell he takes pride in his house. The outdoor shower was great! House was fully stocked with everything we needed. Will be back next year!

Awesome stay!
Great location as could easily walk to town! The provided bikes were great to explore the island! The house felt big even though we were a big group. Kids had a lot of fun playing in the large yard. House was very clean and beds were great. Kitchen had everything we needed and all the appliances worked well. Paul was a great help and so nice; he answered all our questions quickly and provided an excellent handbook that was very useful especially when exploring the island. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Had a group of friends in town for a wedding, and it was a perfect spot for what we were looking for. Great outdoor area, great rooms, wouldn't ask for anything more.

The property is located in nice neighborhood close to edgartown center and near by beaches.
The house is spacious and clean easily fitting in our large party of 10 people. The inside was clean and kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the grill and patio space.

Quiet, clean perfect little escape on the vineyard
Paul was so kind & helpful. He offered so much insider info and getting into the house was a breeze. the house is so lovely! Outdoor area is beautiful, we grilled and ate outside most nights! Although there’s no A/C, there are fans throughout the house so it wasn’t a big deal for us. The 3 bikes provided were so great! The outdoor shower was awesome after our bike rides to the beach! Tons of beach gear and towels - basically everything you need and more to make your stay on the vineyard a great one! Thanks Paul!
