Face à la mer

Appartement confortable avec belle terrasse sur la mer. Excellent accueil de notre hôte qui a envoyé quelqu’un pour nous indiquer la place de parking et porter nos bagages juusqu’au 4e étage; de plus, boissons et snacks nous attendaient.

Ok for young and fit people but not for older people to get to the penthouse with grocery.

The view and the terrace was excellent

No lift, 62 stairs to climb to the penthouse with grocery.

Fantastic, contemporary apartment with great views.

Fantastic location with views across Gran Tarajal bay/beach. Exceptionally well appointed apartment which opens out onto a private terrace area overlooking the beach. The apartment also has a dedicated parking area close by. Secure private entrance.

The property is on the 4th floor and there is no lift so the several flights of stairs could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. This however is only an observation and not a criticism of the property. The walk up the stairs is worth it for the stunning views!…

Exceptional location and value, great view, really nice and helpful host.

Great communication with the host, huge balcony with amazing ocean view. Nice welcome - on a arrival host gave us some recommendations on good restaurants, left us a tray with some snacks and there was a champagne in ice bucket waiting for us on a balcony.

Apartment is located on the 4th floor, staircase is a little narrow and ceiling is a little low, so you have to watch out for your head.

Amazing, comfortable stay in a lovely town - we'd definitely come back

The location of the penthouse apartment was amazing, with bars close by, as well as the stunning view from the balcony. Very fast internet. The host, Antonio, was really helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable.

Nothing that we didn't like. Maybe, a couple more electrical sockets would have been helpful

Brilliant apartment in a lovely little town.

This was a fabulous property. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious and with fantastic views of the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped for self catering, it had a great shower in the bathroom with plenty of hot water and a very comfortable bed. Antonio, the host was so kind, friendly and helpful. When we arrived he left a wonderful selection of drinks and snacks for us. We loved the town of Gran Tarajal. It was very peaceful and friendly with very few other tourists. There were two good supermarkets nearby, lovely walks and plenty of coffee shops and small restaurants. It had a bus station and a regular reliable bus service to other parts of the island. We can highly recommend this apartment and would definitely return.

There was nothing not to like.

Fabulous penthouse with fabulous host!

The penthouse apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Our host, Antonio was excellent. He greeted us on our arrival and carried our large cases up the stairs. The apartment was immaculately clean with everything we needed for our stay. Antonio was always available if needed as was his partner. I wholly recommend Antonio and his lovely penthouse which could not be any closer to the fabulous beach and restaurants, all within immediate access by foot.

I have no negative comments to make. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Great stay

Quiet place with great private sunny penthouse sun terrace. Vast black sand beach - amazing for a work out. Very nice reception by Antonio. ..and the reliable Wifi is supporting two parallel Zoom sessions.. for the folks who are looking for a sunny place to work from. Def a place to come back to!

The best host and location.

Antonio is the best host we have seen in many years. He really cares about his guests. Everything is thought through to little details. Location is perfect - right on the beach. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. We love the place for it is not as tourists as other places on the island. You get to know local people. We hope to be back.

Lovely location with fantastic views. Would definitely recommend it.

Very friendly and helpful host. Fantastic welcome drinks and nibbles. Amazing view and in close proximity to great selection of restaurants. Exceptionally clean.

Additional serving bowls would have been useful (to cook scrambled eggs in the microwave etc)
