The accommodation was well placed and beautifully furnished. The off road parking was an added bonus. The host was friendly and helpful. The standard was excellent throughout.

The owner was very helpful, met us at the property to hand over keys and to show us around. The property was perfect, very clean, quiet and private. We had use of disposable bbqs which was a little bonus as the weather was so nice. Taxi numbers were left for us in the apartment so very easy to order one. And the welcome hamper was unexpected but such a nice gesture. Would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was outstanding.

We couldn't stay any longer.

All fixtures and fittings excellent quality. Super large shower. All the accessories, glasses, cutlery of excellent standard. Lots of thought gone into things like an umbrella and torch with the keys. Road to is un-adopted so bumpy (5 MPH Limit) but only 80 Metres from the main road and guarantees the peace and tranquillity. The outdoor space is larger than the images portray. Excellent host. Spiral staircase means you need to plan for your luggage but its only at the start. Coming down much easier.

Everything else, especially the warm welcome and hospitality.

If I had to criticise something, the sofa isn't great for a couple of oldies.

Apart from the stairs, everything. Had everything you needed and very organised and clean.

It's not an issue but the stairs are narrow.

The property was beautiful and cosy. Christine our host was lovely and easy to communicate with.

Nothing not to like. Ryde was lovely and Christine was so easy to deal with.

Property is very stylish, it’s in a great location within about 15/20 min walk from Ryde. Perfect for couples and has all the amenities you could need.

Christine is a fantastic host. Went out of her way to make us feel welcome! It's a lovely little apartment with everything you need. Set back from the centre of Ryde, but within easy walking distance, you have access to the garden, a BBQ, plus secure storage for our bikes. Excellent little find!

This is a lovely apartment and perfect for 2 people. Christine was an excellent host and we benefitted from her local knowledge in helping us decide where to visit. We strongly recommend it as a place to stay if visiting the Isle of Wight.

Spotlessly clean. Welcome pack of wine, biscuits and water. Good size bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Nice outside space.

Seating and bed too low and uncomfortable. Soap for the bathroom would have been nice.

This is a small mezzanine style apartment. The host was very helpful and sent us some details regarding places to visit which was very nice. The house is a quiet neighbourhood and we had a safe spot for parking which was really good.

The double bed is quite small and noisy. Although the bedding (mattress, pillows) were comfortable but the bed frame seems to be overused and makes a lot of noise with each little movement. We struggled to sleep every night and would wake up with the squeaky sounds - that made our stay uncomfortable. Also there were no hand wash or shower gel or shampoos provided neither clear on the website that we should bring our own; we had to go to local super market to get those.

Host Christine is very friendly and greeted us personally to show us round. We were lucky to be able to check in as soon as we arrived on the island. Lovely location. Parking on premises. Use of garden seating, bbq equipment etc. Highly recommended.

The flat was very clean and quiet, and Christine was a great host. I appreciated the TV in the bedroom. Christine supplied a welcome pack. It is a 15 minute walk in to the centre of Ryde.

A more comfortable sofa would have felt more welcoming, but hardly a big deal

The host was great and very helpful. The property was very clean. It had all the mod cons and was finished to a high standard. Despite only being a small house it felt like there was plenty of room. The area was very quiet The property came with a private garden but I never got round to using it. I would definitely stay again.

There are a few minor things that I would like to mention: would of liked to of seen some soap in the bathroom and it would of been useful if it was possible to turn a light on downstairs from up in the bedroom. I had to make sure a light was on upstairs before I could turn the downstairs lights off. I wouldn't of seen where I was going otherwise. Would of liked to of seen a carton of milk in the starter pack. The property is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
