Nice place.

Waterfront

Rigid Check in policy. Asking $30 to check in 35 minutes earlier is a no go! The room was ready, they just didn’t let us in.

Great apartment, ridiculous breakfast

The rooms were very spacious, clean and filled with many details.

It was pretty pricey and the breakfast was RIDICULOUS! There were not even bowls to fill in milk, which was frozen due to the low temperature in their refrigerator; no bread, no toast or bagel. Very limited options!!! Therefore I had to lower my overall-rating.

Will never stay here again thanks not recommend this place to anyone

I was renting for Mother’s Day for my mom and dad , unfortunately my parents were never made it my dad got very sick. so I immediately called main number left a message no one called me back . I had checked in very late like at 3am so I figured I sleep a couple of hours before I left the next morning . However at 6:45am there was people right in front of my room door chattering and laughing. which is where the morning so called “ breakfast” was served . corn flakes yogurt and coffee or juice. people were fishing on the dock which was also by my room and the hotels jacuzzi where everyone was getting in at literally 5:am was also in front of my room. I was charged all the nights we didn’t stay and the one night. I contacted the following week the main number a guy answered and said I had to call back at later time to speak to manager for refund and that was impossible because no one calls you back . Bad experience with this place very small resort not at all what the picture is !

No one is available to speak with if there is an emergency!

beds were horrible, two twin beds pulled together to make a king… not comfortable at all bed sheets were lo-end kitchen supplies limited patio furniture falling apart way over priced for what was offered

Relaxing, cute little place to stay.

It was clean, very simple and nice. Since it was a self check in, I never spoke to any of the staff in person. It was only through text and they were very accommodating to my date change. The bed was super comfortable and loved that it was a King. Loved that they were dishes like plates and silverware available.

The parking lot is so small and hard to back up out of if you don’t have a sedan. I stayed in room 2 and the toilet was wobbly. Seemed like it wasn’t attached properly. Also the stones on the shower floor and not comfortable for anything but a quick shower. The walls are very thin and could hear the conversation from the neighbor.

I wound stay yhere again, all the basics were covered very nicely!

The room was very bright and clean. Nice sized deck to sit on.

Heard to get into the parking lot and had to park at the restaurant next door. The “pool” was not very accessible. I didn’t like the self registration and check in. I’m a people person!

I wish I had more time to stay longer, it was amazing and way more than expected and bargained for!

Staff greeted and made us feel at home the second we step foot on the beautiful property. Actually they were helpful even before we arrived to the property. I had phone trouble and couldn’t get my info needed to check in when I landed at the air port. I was worried I’d have trouble checking in since it was a self check in property. I arrived several hours early was exhausted and surly didn’t think early check was even a possibility since I had no confirmation of my booking and couldn’t get to my phone to retrieve my room entrance code. I called the hotels main line and was nervous because no one answered but instantly received a text and staff helped me immediately. I prefer text so this made it so much easier for me. They were able to set me up for early check in and send all my info needed to get into the room to the new number I was using. What a relief! I check in early with zero problems. Again staff greeted the moment we stepped foot on the property Amenities was a huge bonus! We loved the kayaks, hot tub, breakfast, shower , room location and staff! AJ is a doll!!I will totally be back next year I miss it already. Better than home away from home!!

If I could have stayed longer but vaca was over and I had to go home. I have nothing to say bad about the property or staff. I wish I had more time to stay longer, it was amazing and way more than expected and bargained for!

Great location and nice amenities available.

Not something you can control but the 2nd night we heard someone up from 3:30-4:30 am with tv and talking loud which woke us up and kept us up for over an hr.

Pleasant stay for the time allowed

As we arrived late because of lateness of flight there was no one on site to check us in and only a phone number which took us two times of ringing the number to finally speak to someone. When we did we were given a combination for the door and were able to access the room. I feel that a bit more visible information for this occurrence would have helped but on the whole it was a pleasant stay just a pity we were unable to stay longer.

I stayed here due to my home being renovated. The room was near the road, but I did not hear any noise, slept well.

Breakfast. My kids would have been happy with that breakfast, but I prefer American breakfast. At least English muffins with butter and jelly or peanut/almond butter.

We had a good time and the atmosphere and staff were great.

The hotel was pretty and staff was super helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and spacious.

For the price, We felt certain things could Use improvements such as counter and floor cleanliness as well as shower head and tub.

Beaches were close by and many nice restaurants. Apartment was well Designed. Breakfast was nice.

We suffered through the 5 days and were happy to leave.

My confirmation indicated check-in time of 4P and required an id and credit card. When we arrived just before 4P, the office door sign says it closes at 3P and it was self check-in. The toilet was not working so we called the emergency number. Ten days later, no return call has ever been received about the toilet. We didn't see a manager or anyone other than the breakfast staff during the entire 5 days. To pay almost $400 a night, to have such a deceitful check-in routine, and to never be contacted by anyone, is dishonest and demonstrates just what you think of your customers. If I want low class treatment, I don't need to pay $2000 to get it! (And please don't reply. I don't need the lip service from an organization that lacks integrity.)
