we were not prepared to spend our last three days in Thailand in a condo thought we booked a hotel.

I liked breakfast but cafe was only open 2 of the three days spent there.

Pillows on bed way to big and thick my neck hurt and because I slept on them 1 night I would replace them with something less hard and puffy

第一，我们厕所的门比门框要大，所以门卡在门框外面关不上了，因为我们是异性好友一起居住，所以这会让我们很尴尬。第二，我们的吹风机漏电，不能使用，我去拔插头的时候感觉到它的漏电了。第三，大门的钥匙很难使用，我们第一次开门花了10分钟才打开。以上问题在我们退房之前都没有得到实质性的解决措施

Location, easy for guests to come

Undersized safety deposit box. That was broken and manager didn’t fix it despite promised to fix next day. The manual opening key is stuck on the box, so anyone can open it anytime, without needing PIN number. Lock of the door to balcony was broken and it’s a security risk. Aircons are extremely noisy and filters doesn’t seem to be cleaned. Kitchen cupboards are nearly broken. It will fall over one day and the hotel may charge the unfortunate guest on the day. Poor management and rude behaviour, they given a particular location to collect key , returned the key to the same location. Then they said I was told to return to another location. Obviously they made the mistake and messaged very rude and still no apology. I have WhatsApp screenshot and also pictures of broken stuff.

Value for money stay close to walking st & ferry pier

God size room for the price. Just over 1km to walk to Walking Street, although footpaths are very uneven & slightly difficult. The island ferry pier & lookout spot is nearby, transport is needed for the lookout.

отличное оснащение территории, большой бассейн, лежаки, детская площадка, безопасность при входе. оборудованная кухня, хоть и небольшая по размеру, очень приятный хозяин, своевременно отвечал на все вопросы. на балконе стиральная машина. вид с окна отличный

качество уборки, грязь за пределами комплекса, но это уже вопрос к самому городу

Достойный номер за небольшие деньги

Соотношение цена-качество, золотой Будда рядом. Потенциально хорошие бассейны (не успели проверить).

Немного замороченный алгоритм получения ключа от номера.

pleasant stay

Location was good Apartment was good and clean Lots of items for use good gym and pools, with plenty of sunbeds

Lifts - there are only 4 for the whole building and now they are short term rentals, this means the lifts are in use more and means longer waits, sometimes 15+ minutes.

Vom Toaster bis zur Waschmaschine über das Bügeleisen alles vorhanden.

Die langen Wartezeiten für den Lift. Das Wasser im Pool war leider trüb.

Amazing place, great location, friendly complex!

We loved everything about this property. Right from communication with Alvin to the property and its amenities and the easy access and non intrusive ambience of the complex, it was lovely. It was just great as there was no loud noise or any7thing yet everything was accessible. Amazing place and will stay again if i get it in the right price.

We wanted to extend the stay but then the price increased. We do not mind as we communicated last minute but would have loved to stay more had we got it at the right price point. But otherwise great place and amazing experience.

Room was clean. That was the only thing I liked.

The receptionist was the rudest person ever. Her behavior was not good. It looked like I made a crime saying booking.com's name. She said they are not bothered about any online booking and showed my a leaflet. I felts so helpless as I did not expect this. I had my 1 year old infant baby and 11 year old son and my wife. We were super tired. I drove all the way from Bangkok. Spent 2 hours in Pattaya Sheep farm. And then when we reached around 1:30 PM to check in to the hotel we got this treatment from the reception. It would be a big trauma for the family travelers. I then tried to ready out the emails and here is the interesting part. I found that the property name is Unixx South Pattaya by Alvin. Wait ! What is this by Alvin? Then I understood that may be she is the person can help me on this. I called her and she came immediately. But now comes the horrible part. She told me to go to the road and collect the keys from a bluebox by using password. Wait ! Really !!! Why should I do that? I paid good amount of money for this property. Then why should I do this? This was really unprofessional and unexpected. Anyways, I am a father, my kids were getting tired and tired. I had no choice. I went to the bluebox, entered password but door was not opening. Tried for at least 10 times. No result ! wow ! wow! Then again I called Alvin. She was just 2 mins away from the mainroad and she was not with me for this. Hope you understand how fishy the sitaution was. Anyways, I called her and said you come here and show me how to open this door. Then finally she came and before her arriaval I could open the door with password (so called password). The lock is a horrible lock in that bluebox. Long story short. We entered to our room. Found that the AC remote was not working in one room. Hope you all can imagine how hot Pattaya is around 2:30 PM ! I again texted Alvin, and she started guiding me by sending random photos.

This is not a hotel. an apartment. There are no employees. You get the key from a container hidden outside. Even the taxi driver who brought us laughed at this situation. complete nonsense. We had to check out at 12:30. The owner of the room knocked on the door at 12.32 and waited at the door until we left. no cleaning. The sheets smell. The only good thing is the view, and that is the beauty of Pattaya, not the beauty of your accommodation.

Great value for money, good location. Would recommend

Very spacious apartment with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Host is very informative and makes it easy with step by step instructions of how to get into property with self check in. All amenities are available for you. In a perfect part of town walking distance from everything.

Elevator needs work, very slow sometimes waiting long periods (although it is a huge building with many floors)

Everything is good in the room.

The lady at the desk(reception) was very rude. We have just arrived at the hotel and we asked her politely “Is elevator this way?” She replied us straight away that They have only one elevator” with grumpy face and the voice is so rude so how do we know that you have only one elevator? we never been there! This is the rudest front reception we’ve ever seen! No smile(you can see from her face)

GREAT!

* booked the sea view and had an amazing view * everything available, towels, toilet paper and water in the fridge * super clean * quiet, quiet neighbors * great location * easy instruction to get the keys, always available via WhatsApp * we moved rooms and they even offered to move our luggage too - super lovely. They even put back the things from the fridge in the fridge

* travelled with a child, slide at the pool was closed

The only thing that was a slight negative was the elevator was busy in the evening.

The room was really nice and clean, the pool area was really great. building is high maintained and clean.

Elevators are really slow and sometimes it could take 20 minutes to get to lobby. water slide in pool was closed for maintenance when actually they didn't really work on the slide.
