Retreat to the stylishly modern yet comfortable living room with central A/C to check out what's on cable or binge watch your new favorite Netflix series. Whip up a delicious dish in the fully equipped kitchen or take the party outside and show off your BBQ Grill prowess. End the day in front of your favorite spa jet followed by an indulgent nightcap while planning tomorrow's desert activity. Four comfortable bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen, Queen) with comfortable mattresses, premium linens and ceiling fans will reward you with restful sleep. Three Clean Bathrooms (2 shower, 1 shower over tub) feature thirsty white towels and premium bath/soap amenities. Central Heating/Cooling and Ceiling Fans in each room ensure your comfort year-round. This "smart home" features High Speed Wireless Internet, Smart Phone Control of Pool/Spa, and more. Nestled in the desirable and quiet neighborhood called Cathedral City Cove, you'll have ready access to the most iconic Palm Springs/Palm Desert attractions, including golf courses, nightlife, concerts, shopping or hiking. Far from the windy end of the desert, this house is just 1 mile from South/East Palm Springs, 7 miles from the heart of downtown Palm Springs, and just under 20 miles from the famed Coachella Music Festival Fairgrounds, so you'll be able to dive into all of the local fun without hassle. "The Cove", as it's affectionately called by locals, has an interesting mix of artists, second home owners and year-round residents. Walk or drive to several hiking trails that meander through the low mountains that surround The Cove, protecting it from those occasionally nasty desert winds. Less than 1 mile to Trader Joe's, a theatre multiplex, the Cathedral City Agua Caliente Casino, and a short walk to great restaurants including La Tablita, Daniel's Table, Sunshine Cafe, Bonta, and Trilussa. Our Desert Retreat is Family-Friendly. Let us know if you want access to our Graco Pack N Play or sturdy wooden high chair. We're Dog-Friendly, too; well-behaved, "pre-approved" dogs are welcome with a $150/Per Dog Fee. You will have exclusive access to the entire house, privately fenced backyard, and driveway space for 2 vehicles. There is no garage. Rental Policies: You must be 25 or older to rent. No outdoor music is allowed at any time. Music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Max 6 Occupants, Max 3 cars allowed. Monthly guests pay actual gas and electric utility costs during stay. An Advance Utility Deposit of $1,500/month is required. "Pre-approved", flea-free, well-behaved dogs are welcome. $150 Per Dog Fee. Official Service Dogs still need to be disclosed in advance. Bonus: The rental rate you see includes a Damage Waiver Fee which covers up to $2,500 in unintended damage to the house during your stay (you must disclose the damage to us). I love traveling to Palm Springs but this year, covid, so I decided to rent a house. This property really exceeded my expectations. The pool was amazing. It was quite. Very nice decor. I don't know if I'll be in the market to rent another house, but I really enjoyed my stay.

This is a wonderful home in the desert, it was clean, the kitchen is well stocked, we enjoyed BBQing and the beautiful pool & hot tub. A quiet neighbourhood. All appliances work well, TV’s and lots of Movie channels. Close to stores and restaurants.

Lovely home!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It was clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. Photos were accurate. management was great about communication. We were only three people, but the home has plenty of space for six in nicely sized bedrooms. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces - breakfast on the front patio, evening in the hot tub in the pool area. We appreciated that the spa was heated even though we didn't pay to heat the pool. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean (an important criteria for me), as was the rest of the home. Beds were comfy and linens were too. It was convenient to Big League Dreams where we were attending an NCAA softball tournament. Lots of restaurants nearby. I would absolutely stay here again.

Had a great time here. The home was spacious, organized, and had everything that we needed. Assistance was always just a phone call away and any questions were promptly answered. It was scorchingly hot when we visited in July, but the salt water pool was amazing to hangout in at any time of day. Completely refreshing. I would highly recommend staying here when you visit Palm Springs and the surrounding area. I definitely plan to return.

Lovely home with private pool and spa

Spacious, well furnished and nicely decorated mid-century modern home. Loved the large kitchen and Master bedroom. The saltwater pool and spa were very private and a great addition, but with the cold weather, very costly as the heating bill is covered by the tenant, and we did not use it very much. The spa is difficult to access and egress without a ladder for people, like my wife, with impaired mobility. In hindsight, I should have had the pool heat turned off earlier than I did, but I was not aware of the huge heating bill for the first month until well into the second month due to the billing cycle.. Kitchen by and large very well equipped but there were some minor gaps we had to fill. The TV system (Roku) was cumbersome for watching cable news and the manual remote was faulty. It was OK after I downloaded the Roku app to my cell. Some other drawbacks not controllable by the owner: no streetlights; very dark at night for walking the dog. There is no garage or carport, just a driveway; my car was creamed with raw eggs one night - not fun, but at least no permanent damage. The management team were terrific, both responsive and friendly. All in all this was a good value for a lovely home.
