A Million Dollar View

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The location on LBK is the very best. The beach is uncrowded yet you are close to top rated restaurants and nice shops. Publix grocery store is only a beautiful 10 minute drive away.
The unit is clean, spacious, and well appointed, but if you are looking for high-end new decor this is not for you. It’s more like the “Golden Girls” with a beach theme decor. We love it! This was our 8th vacation in this unit. Our grandson calls it “Grandma’s beach house”. I wish!

The condo is very large. The view is amazing. You are steps from a beautiful beach where you will see dolphins and manatees. That is what vacations on Longboat Key is all about. Everything was clean and the king size bed is super comfortable. We had a great vacation and will be repeat customers. Thank you Corby and Christy for a great first time experience with RVA!

Condo is nice but needs a lot of work. Shower leaks badly !!! Been that way for 2 years. Kitchen needs to be updated and repaired. Appliances are in rough shape. Great view of the beach.

Great location!
Lots of room, three bedrooms (den has pull out couch), everything is dated/worn but functional and the RVA group was so easy to work with, they addressed everything! The pool is shaded which could be positive for kids/sun but the location and size is worth the older/worn furnishings for the price!

hot tub broken, bed matress needs replaced, overall decor is many yrs old, walkway to beach is splintered wood, when we checked in we were charged an additional 34 dollars because taxes had risin.
