Ideal for wintering. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sofa bed and can accommodate 6 people. The living area is 68 m², the total terrace area is 78 m² (terrace front and solarium). Free parking. The apartment is equipped with the following items: internet (free Wi-Fi), TV with international channels, air conditioning, hairdryer. There is also a communal swimming pool. The kitchen with cooking island is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Lo Pagán is an ideal place to celebrate holidays and taste the real Spanish atmosphere. It is very child friendly because of the many playgrounds on the beach and in the village. The Mar Menor is a large inland sea that does not have a tide and the bottom gradually descends to the middle where the sea has a depth of about 7 m. The temperature of the clear, warm water of the Mar Menor is on average 5 degrees warmer than that of the Mediterranean Sea. All facilities such as supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, shopping centers, boutiques, terraces and sports facilities are within walking and cycling distance. The beaches of the Mar Menor are within walking distance, the beaches of the Mediterranean are within cycling distance. Lo Pagán is known for its natural mud baths with healing powers. The region around Lo Pagán was declared the healthiest climate in Europe. You can walk for hours in the beautiful nature reserve where flamingos feel at home all year round. In the area it is also pleasant cycling along the coast or inland. The long beaches offer a promenade and many amenities such as trendy lounge bars, beach / tapas tents, terraces, yacht clubs and water sports schools. Beautifully designed golf courses within 10-15 minutes drive offer a challenge for avid golfers. The typical Spanish cities of Cartagena and Murcia can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. The airports of Murcia and Alicante are respectively 35 and 50 minutes drive from the house.

excellent property spotlessly clean on arrival fixtures and fittings 100% which continued on the roof terrace. 15 min. walk to the front plenty of bars/ restaurants and a good variety recommended

We had a very enjoyable holiday in your spotless and sharp looking apartment. The rooftop terrace had a lovely breeze without being overlooked and comfortable furniture with the choice of shade and sun. The kitchen had everything that you could need, the beds were really comfortable and the shower rooms were great. We spent many a night on the front terrace with a glass of wine playing some of the games that were in the apartment. Jorge was a good key holder who welcomed us and showed us everything that we needed to know about the apartment and programmed the tv into the Uk channels for us. The swimming pool was lovely and clean. We have been to this area many times and the apartment is in a quiet area and only about 10/15 minutes walk to the seafront with plenty of bars, restaurants, marina, supermarkets. We also hired some bikes and the area is flat and has good cycling tracks. Paul and Tracy Bartlett

Our stay in Lo Pagan was made all the more special by our hosts welcome and helpfulness. The villa was better than we imagined, with everything we could possibly have needed. Would recommend this villa to any couple or 4 person staycation as plenty of space for all

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely roof terrace. Good location, within walking distance to the beach and shops etc.. Quick responses from the landlord were appreciated. We had two great weeks in this apartment. Highly recommended !!

Really great apartment with good layout and nice roof terrace. Kitchen has all you need. Fairly recently built, so really good standard of living. Fairly close to mar menor and the meditaranion beach. So what of, but in a good way.
