Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mitten in der Innenstadt von Olbia. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, nebenan sogar die beste Bar der Stadt (unserer Meinung nach). Die Ausstattung ist sehr gehoben, die Zimmer stilvoll eingerichtet und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

Wir haben das Spa genutzt, jedoch war der Whirlpool (noch) abgedeckt und somit nicht nutzbar. Außerdem konnten wir die Dachterrasse auch nicht besuchen, da noch Arbeiten stattgefunden haben. Das ist sehr schade, da wir beides natürlich auch gern genutzt hätten.

The hotel is right in the center, next to shops and restaurants, but the windows are well isolated so you don’t hear the noise inside. The rooms are super modern and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is not a buffet, but included everything we liked (croissant, toast with egg, fresh fruit, granola / cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, water). The owner was very friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom showed signs of wear and tear and could use a little touch up. Parking is further away (for free), but we knew this so it wasn’t a problem for us.

1. Muito mau isolamento acústico interior. No quarto é possível ouvir as pessoas a subirem as escadas e a baterem as portas dos quartos. 2. Pequeno almoço fraco. Os quentes são aquecidos no microondas. Péssima omolete. Para um hotel que tem 4 quartos deviam ter alguém a cozinhar 3. Elevador funciona muito mal 4. As escadas que o hotel tem são muito bonitas esteticamente mas péssimas para uso diário de um hotel. São em chapa perfurada, fazem muito barulho e não são isoladas. No meu caso, não consegui usar as escadas por causa de vertigens e não consegui aceder ao rooftop. Face ao exposto, e tendo em conta o que paguei, o alojamento para mim foi muito mau.

Clean hotel in a great location with friendly hospitable staff. Paulo in particular was attentive and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Before arrival, have to make appointment for check in, hotel 4* with +200 eur night/room has no reception desk, what is pretty annoying when you arrive in hotel from long journey during night, as whole communication goes via WA before you get pass code for entrance door. Extremly slow elevator, never seen it before. Breakfast served in smal room, with poor choice of food (every day same and limited, they serve it, it is not buffet style) Room mostly in glass walls (have to be careful, specially during night), bathroom with no privacy if more than one in room. Cleanliness in bathroom is questionable.
