Nestled in Lethbridge, this charming house for $85 per night is a great choice for your next trip. A newly renovated, bright 2 bedroom private suite on the full lower level of the home. Separate secure entrance with self check in and off street parking for one vehicle. Kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday needs, and the suite is complete with wifi, cable, Netflix and a gas fireplace to help you unwind . There is a shared laundry and access to a huge backyard backing onto a park and playground for the little ones. We are close to all amenities such as the University of Lethbridge, Nicholas Sheran Park, Paradise Canyon Golf Resort as well as plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. The house is in a quiet and safe west side neighbourhood with a beautiful backyard for you to enjoy. Please note: The house also has a guest suite in the upstairs of the house. The house is quiet but not soundproof. There will be some noise transfer if the upstairs is occupied during your stay.

Fully deserved High Rating from previous reviewers. Slight hic-cup on arrival but home owner resolved very quickly. Quiet, very clean and very much a "home away from home" with some thoughtful unexpected touches. Will recommend to our friends and happy to make another reservation when we are visiting Lethbridge. BTW Our Grand-Daughter's Graduation was a great family experience.

Very good experience with Sarah. Her place is lovely. Close enough to downtown for our needs but in a very quiet location. Apartment was well stocked with cooking supplies and staples. Lots of amenities and very clear, straight forward communication for booking and checking in. I would stay here again in a flash.

Sarah was a great hostess and communication was great. The suite is comfortable, bright and very clean, with all the amenities I needed, including TV, internet and Netflix. Lots of pantry items. Great value for the money. Located in a nice quiet neighbourhood in West Lethbridge, access to grocery stores, fast food and various shopping, minutes to greater Lethbridge. Also a couple great parks and walking paths in walking distance.

Everything was more than satisfactory. The railing down to the entrance door could use some attention as the paint was flaking and you could get splinters from the wood underneath.

We can’t say enough positive things about this place and the host! As soon as we walked in we knew the this immaculate place was a win! Very comfortable apartment and Sarah was very accommodating with an early check in/late check out. Absolutely EVERYTHING We needed. The location is within 5 minutes of the university and the west side (grocery stores etc) and 10 minutes to downtown Lethbridge. Highly recommend this place! Thank you again Sarah!!
