Nothing. It was a horrible experience.
They need to properly train their staff in hospitality. I was not provided with decent amenities like shampoo, conditioner etc. The wifi was not working properly. I also had a corporate event arranged in the same hotel in Pearl Hall. The projectors were of poor quality, the screens provided were broken and had to be held up by chairs and tables. The management could not even provide pencils for our participants and we had to request them several times. They provided 4 water glasses per table of 8 participants. Lack of uninterrupted wifi disrupted our entire plan to hold digital exercises for participants. Overall, a very poor hotel, which costed us money equivalent of a 5-star hotel. Would not recommend!!!

Just the location
Over priced based on service and facilities. their facilities are no more then 2star hotel but charges are that of 4 star hotel. And really pathetic service, and food horrible. Road side I guess is far better then Indus hotel food and service.

The only good elements about this property are that Wi-Fi is fast and that water pressure is excellent. Security is good also, with a 24/7-armed security guard and a private car park.
Check-in was painful as it took them 10 minutes to find my booking. The hotel is old-fashioned with outer walls in dirty concrete though it has been partly renovated. The mattress in my room was uncomfortable and I could feel the springs. The corridors were dirty; so were the walls in my room. A light bulb did not work, and a towel rail fell. Power cuts were frequent though they did not last long. What they call a balcony is a Soviet-style concrete box overlooking the car park. Breakfast was just average.
Though there are signs everywhere about the COVID-19 safety protocol, the hotel does not make its guests respect it: many of them did not even wear a face mask in the lobby. Interestingly, though there is a sign in front of the lifts informing that due to the pandemic, you should not be more than 2 at the same time, we were 4 when the bell boy brought my luggage up to my room!
Worse, without telling me or asking for my consent, the hotel reported me to the police when I checked in so that I was then forced to have a police commando armed security escort for the rest of my trip across Pakistan -which I never wanted to get. The benefit is that I speeded up through traffic. The drawback is that the police was seemingly in a rush so that I did not get enough time to visit the places I wanted to go to. Even worse, the police asked my guide for money to pay for their food! This form of corruption is a shame which was promptly reported to local authorities.
Check out was quicker though receptionists do not have any sense of service whatsoever and did not even ask me if I had enjoyed my stay -which I obviously had not. Finally, the price I paid is that of a posh 5-star hotel while I stayed at an old fashioned dirty 3-star property with unfriendly and unprofessional reception staff.
