Das Apartment und vorallem die Gegend waren nicht unbedingt das, was ich mir vorgestellt hatte.

Die Zimmergröße und eine angemessene Sauberkeit waren in Ordnung. Die Aussage "Near Acropolis brand new 1 min from metro" ist nicht korrekt. Man braucht länger bis zur Metro und Sehenswürdigkeiten gib es auch nicht in der Nähe. Auch ist das Apartment nicht "brand new". Das hat schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel.

Stinkende und unrund laufende Klimaanlagen in den 2 Schlafräumen (Siebe total verdreckt.). Den Schlafraum zur Straße kann man eigentlich nicht benutzen, weil es verkehrsbedingt unverhältnismäßig laut ist. Die Balkonmarkisen sind sehr groß, dadurch ist das Apartment sehr finster, kommt nicht ausreichent Licht und Sonne rein. Auch der straßenseitige Baumwuchs verhindert etwas Lichteintritt - ist auch nur 1. Etage. Die Gegend ist nicht die Beste, sehr dreckig und viel Müll. Viele Obdachlose und Junkies. Habe mich definitiv nicht sicher gefühlt. Kam sogar zu einem Einbruchdiebstahl mit Polizeianwesentheit dazu. Das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch, ist eigentlich kein Früstück wie man es sich vorstellt. Am Tag der Abreise kein warmes Wasser - kalt duschen und kalt Zähneputzen angesagt. Der Vermieter hatte eine schöne "grüne" Ausrede! Auch hätte ich etwas einstellen sollen und Hebel betätigen müssen - war dazu eh zu spät - leider bin ich kein Hausmeister!? Auch ist das Bad sehr klein und niedrig, für mehrere Personen kann ich mir das nicht gut vorstellen. Die Barhocker knarrten und quietschten bei jeder Bewegung. Während des Aufenthaltes gab es auch noch Bauarbeiten im Hinterhof.

The host was very helpful and hospitable. The apartment had everything we need and more. Breakfast was also provided as exoected. The metro station is very close and well connected. We enjoyed our stay with nothing to complain, overall rating: 10/10.

Very nice house in central Athens.

Very nice two bedroom house, full of appliances. 100mt from Metro station, conveniently central. House recently renovated. Comfortable beds, air conditioning everywhere. Gigantic tv.

Nothing was wrong. If it had a washing machine it would be a 10+. But for short stays is outstanding ! The surroundings are probably not the best, but we felt always extra safe.

Great location near metro and train station. A very quiet, stylish and comfortable apartment

Good supply of food for breakfast, lots of storage. We’ll equipped kitchen, excellent quiet AC’s. Very stylish apartment

The kitchen stools around the breakfast bar were uncomfortable and squeaky. There is nowhere to put soaps and lotions in the shower

Wonderful apartament on Athens!

Everything on our stay was great, begging with the comunication, getting the keys was very easy, the location are ok, very near a metro station, that gets you very fast to atracctions. The apartament is very clean, wonderful facilities, very new and confortable, felling like home. The breakfast provided are very nice, with all you need. On the sorroundings you have some options of restaurants, bakery and a supermarket. We highly reccomend you to stay here if Athens are on your plans. Thanks a a lot Demetreos!

I'm so glad we chose to stay here while in Athens. Everything in the apartment is new and lovely. The main balcony is the perfect spot to relax between sightseeing trips. It is conveniently located to the metro. Demetreous was a very responsive host and the food and drinks he left for breakfast were so thoughtful. It was a great value and I would stay here again.

Great home from which to explore Athens

Beautiful apartment, well kitted out and very close to the Metro so very convenient to explore Athens. Excellent communication with host but very private. Highly recommended.

Lovely city to visit.Traffic horrendous,but using the Metro was simple.

The breakfast was adequate,toast,ham,cheese,conserves,coffee,milk. The apartment was stunning,and fitted out to the highest degree. Demetreos was a really nice,friendly man,and extremely helpful. Location was the one drawback.The area was a bit run down,but it was a one minute walk to the Metro,where you could reach all of Athens.A 5 day ticket costs 8 Euros,which you could use all day and evening,as often as you wished,and ran about every five minutes.Central Athens was within 15 minutes,and the metro was clean and efficient,although we were warned to beware of pickpockets(but that’s everywhere these days).

The area was scruffy,but much of Athens is. The street out side the apartment was a bit noisy.

The road is a bit noisy when a motocycle or a bus pass by but it was expected and decent. There some homeless people near the metro station but we didn't had any bad experience with them so overall it was ok.
