Nice place close to town

A lovely place, in a great location, with everything I needed (even in some very trying circumstances!).

Honestly a lovely place. My only feedback would be even though we were told to bring sheets and towels (all good with that), there was no toilet paper and it would have been good to get a hint that there was no bath floor mat or hair dryer. Small things in the spirit of an amazing stay otherwise. Lexie was lovely.

The location of the property was ideal, parking for our unit was quite difficult having a bigger 4wd. Upon entry it was obvious no cleaning had been done, dead bugs and floor was sticky. Bench tops didn't look like they were cleaned at all. We were informed to bring sheets, however, the listing says single beds when they are actually king singles. Walls are paper thin and could hear everything the neighbours spoke about as well as their TV. Kitchen was stocked well, also lots of extra blankets. Lastly, the angled blinds in the main bedroom do not function.

House & location was nice. Water from the pool is not very clean. Also there should be air conditioning & definitely internet. Few more dishes (eg. pans) and a new mattress in the main room. Thank you

My family and I enjoyed our stay and loved the pool, closeness to the beaches, river and Shaw’s bay. Room for improvement would be: 1. Wifi needs to be provided 2. Aircon needs to be included. Fans worked fine but with chain smoking neighbours we had to constantly close windows which was pretty disappointing and very frustrating 3. Pool was great but almost needs to be cleaned every day/second day 4. We had to put up with extreme noise including swearing builders from the neighbouring work site everyday except Sunday. Again with no aircon it was hard to simply close windows and doors and rely on the fans. Whilst I raised the building site with property manager before we arrived no real acknowledgment of the potential inconvenience was given which was very disappointing 5. The bond is excessive and the first time we have come across this 6. Thought it was a bit rich to be expected to take out and and bring in the wheelie bins. We loved the chilled out vibe of the area.
