Very good position , near supermarket and other shops ; very good kitchen in apartment

Location. The villa itself was good
Management. I asked for 2 beds. Not provided. No UHT milk provided for tea which I thought that was poor. Holes in the towel. Personally would have thought shampoo should been provided. Checked in via the old process then hounded me to do it again in the new system. Which I thought was poor not customer friendly

big rooms, central location and comfortable
poor shower head - need replacing. lounge room chair broke when I sat on it - notified staff right away

A soap caddy in the shower would have been nice. No where to put soap or shampoo.

Whilst the outside doesn’t sell (cyclone proof), the inside was clean and the bed comfortable. Location awesome.

Close to shops and restaurants and the room has a kitchen and a washing machine
The property do not provide hand soap for the toilet and shampoo. Good that I have extra liner for the bin and from the many emails I received with detailed instructions on how I should use the accommodation and leave it tidy, they should at least prepare the bin with a liner. I could not open the top drawer in the bathroom sink and have reported it to their contact staff right away since they charged my credit card for a $100 bond reserved for damages. The bottom drawer was dirty so I didn't use it.
