The location was the only thing nice.

Unit 22 was a disaster and I would never stay there again. We put some items into the wardrobe and the door wouldn't open. Requited a handyman to come and fix. The vertical blinds had slats missing and people could see straight into the property. The control for the blinds was snapped and not usable. The freezer was full of rust, there was paint, lots of it chipped off the handrails. We walked out after the first night and still waiting for a refund.

Only two rolls for four people for 4 days; wasn’t enough. No bin bags for us to use after the only one provided - definitely needed more. No cooling system upstairs; why too hot but understand :)

The location to the town centre and other businesses was the best feature.

Unit was not ready for 3:00pm checkin as advised by the host, no notification on this, no apology offered, just told not their fault. Could not access the property till after 5:00pm. Although told we would be notified, it took us returning to the property at that time to find it was finally ready. The unit was very poorly maintained with an electrical outlet in the kitchen that was damaged to the point it was unsafe. The level of cleanliness was also very poor with air-conditioning units that had not been cleaned in months.

Good sized holiday house in a good location in town. Well equipped kitchen. Undercover parking. Washing machine worked well. No problems with neighbours! Place was clean.

We asked the agent for replacement sheets when we arrived as they were stained. He promised to bring replacements but none were provided and we were not contacted again. Slats missing from blinds on main front room facing the street ( and I note others have commented on this so very disappointing this was not fixed as this is not a cheap facility). Noise from adjacent main road was annoying at times. No safety tape on glass sliding doors which I believe is against safety regs in WA. Only 2 toilet rolls provided despite an extended stay which is a little mean.
