Ubicación perfecta para ir andando a cualquier sitio del centro, cama cómoda... Me gustó que hubiese champú y acondicionador en el baño. En general la habitación muy bien.
La ventada de la habitación daba hacia el lado de una zona de discotecas y conciertos y también hacia la carretera, se escuchaba ruido de noche.

Muy bello y cómodo hotel excelentemente ubicado. El desayuno es muy completo y exquisito. La habitación es silenciosa y espaciosa. La limpieza es de 10 puntos. Tiene todos los detalles que se espera de este tipo de hotel. Y realmente no es caro: la relación precio/calidad es perfecta.

Nos dieron una habitación vieja ya que hemos estado en otras ocasiones y eran habitaciones mejores.
La habitación tenía un olor extraño que no me gustó nada.

Great hotel with an ideal location for walking around and going to restaurants/bars. The room was good and comfortable and the breakfast was very good for the price that it had. The front desk had good restaurant recommendations as well. Parking is available at nearby parking lot with special hotel guest prices.
Noise around the halls and the elevators was sometimes a bit disturbing.

Very close to the older part of the City. Lovely room. Good buffet breakfast.
Sound proofing of windows not great. Think there was a nightclub nearby or part of the casino? Music heard on and off til early hours.
No on-site parking. Free not secure parking for motorbike 50 yds away.

Our first morning (Christmas Eve) the hotel had no electricity or water. The matter was supposed to be fixed but when we returned late in the evening, a water pipe broke and the hotel was flooded. We got offered to change rooms to an upper floor or to go to a different hotel of the chain however no compensation whatsoever was offered for our trouble, not even a discount on the rate (we had already paid upon arrival)

Prime location so near to the cathedral, points of interest, bars and restaurants: everything is walking distance within minutes. Hotel is clean, comfortable, pretty, and the staff is SO helpful and friendly! Impossible to beat this place.
No parking, BUT, it offers 20% discount at a facility close by under the main plaza. Around the corner.
