Hard to find

This property is a collection of small apartment type units strung together in a row and several free-standing units. It is owned by the hotel, El Alamo, of the same name, but the two are on opposite side of town, the hotel being more central and the property being on the edge of town. The lesson for me was to read the fine print about contacting the property owners before hand, as compared to upon arrival. Once the venue was sorted out everything was fine. The address provided in the booking is most definitely not the address of the property!

The booking.com site and the messages about the reservation need to provide the correct address. booking.com should provide the guidance to contact the property in advance in bold flashing font on the web page / email. And, perhaps explain that his property is part of the El Alamo operation but that it is not located anywhere near the hotel. None of this really detracts from whether a person makes the booking, it just eases the process of finding out where to go when they get to town.

Excellent little apartments, super comfy beds, excellent hot water.

Only one pan to use for cooking in kitchenette. Not the end of the world though.
