It was a lovely size, it was well situated to Perpignan centre, about 10 min walk, it was quiet, it was light and airy.
Maybe less suitable for less abled people with heavy luggage/ bags.

The host couple of the plat are very kind and all the facilities are so good.
Thank to Ms. Florence and Mr. Willy. I and my family hope they would be happy forever.

Nothing couldn't wait to leave
Everything had to climb 3 flights of stairs with suitcases at the age of 71, parking was not privee as advertised but restricted. No WiFi, gas cooker too dangerous to use, no kettle, beds smelled, apartment was grubby and smelled on arrival and their info sheet had the audacity to request that we leave the apartment clean. Poor location

- No shower gel
- No hand soap
- Hand shower head did not secure
- Shower door replaced.by a curtain

Location is great
No air con no fans in a very busy area, so you need to have the windows opened. We stayed there on a weekend so all night there was noise, people arguing, cats fighting and garbage trucks. Non stop. Also, no soap provided in the bathrooms and no coffee or salt.

The location was good and the treat by the host very good. It was a very spacious and clean apartament.
There were no sheets, and the pillows were horrible. It was also very hot and there were very big blankets instead of sheets. Also no soap for the bathrooms.

Lovely apartment in a great part of town.

Ideal stay for my family and I at walking distance from the city center. Cosy small appartement with eveything necessary for an enjoyable stay. We were very happy, great value for your money!
There's no airco but enough wind in the evenings to cool down the rooms if you sleep with open windows.
We easily found parking down the street and plenty of stores for groceries around.
The matrass in the master bedroom is really uncomfortable and so are the pillows. Even the kids complained.
