Clean. Have Bathtub. All facilities are ok. The guard there are polite.
The owner a lil bit rude at first. You need to buy adapter for iron. They use oversea iron. The pool closed for the whole weeks.

it was cheap and good location and good view.
Many Cockroaches were there! Wifi was terribly bad connection!

Stayed for 6 nights, gave half a roll of toilet roll. Asked for more supply but was asked to buy from shopping mall myself.

Wifi which was also portable to use when out of the property
Lil the property owner was very welcoming and warm. Place is so homely and just above the shopping mall and very many eating place at publika and big supermarket. Its also a serene place with nice view of kings palace. I enjoyed my stay that i stayed indoors for two days before touring.
