Fantastic views
My husband and I stayed in Mario's house for a week in May. We loved it! The house was very clean and well furnished, including laundry facilities. It appeared that the house had recently been refurbished. The bed was comfortable. Be aware that there are 40+ steps from the car parking level to the house. Mario left us a guide describing local and regional markets and tourist attractions. Costa Rei and the surrounding areas have beautiful beaches.

Ein schön gelegenes, sauberes Haus mit guter Einrichtung und einer herrlichen Aussicht aufs Meer und die Costa Rei. Wir schätzten die klare und rasche Kommunikation mit Mario und Mima sehr und fanden beim Einzug ins Haus einen ganzen Teller voller sardischen Köstlichkeiten vor.

Herrliches Ferienhaus
Wir waren begeistert von diesem tollen Ferienhaus, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das besondere Highlight war der atemberaubende Ausblick auf die Costa Rei. Die Hängematte mit Blick aufs Meer wurde zum Lieblingsplatz und die Außendusche wurde besonders gern genutzt.
Mario ist ein toller Vermieter, der uns mit einem Willkommengruß den Aufenthalt gleich versüßt hat.

Fantastica esperienza
Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 adulti in questa casa per 1 settimana a Luglio 2021. La struttura ha tutto ciò che serve per trascorrere una bellissima vacanza. La casa era pulita, accogliente e ben suddivisa in tutti i suoi spazi interni ed esterni. Il giardino molto curato e ben tenuto, la veranda davanti all'ingresso per mangiare all'aperto ha una vista mozzafiato su Costa Rei e sul mare. Comodi i 2 bagni interni + la doccia calda esterna con annessa vista.
Zona molto tranquilla con parcheggio privato sotto casa.
Proprietario di casa sempre disponibile via email e messaggi.
Location consigliata per visitare tutte le spiagge del sud-est della Sardegna e non solo.

Perfekter Urlaub mit grandiosen Ausblick
Dieses wunderschöne Haus würden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Alle Räume sind in einem sehr gepflegten, sauberen Zustand. Die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick auf´s Meer von der Küche, Terasse und Garten ist grandios. Es ist sehr ruhig und der Garten ist uneinsehbar. Täglich haben uns Schildkröten besucht. Es gibt ausreichend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Außendusche mit warmen Wasser und Ausblick ist ein schönes Extra. Wie auch die Hängematte im Garten. Die Lage des Hauses ist zentral. Man ist in 5 Minuten an einem schönen Sandstrand mit flachen Zugang zum Meer, ideal für Kinder. Auch viele andere Küsten- und Strandabschnitte sind in der Nähe und schnell zu errreichen. Man ist schnell in den Bergen, wer gerne wandert oder in der Stadt zum einkaufen. Die Kommunikation mit Mario war unkompliziert und stets sehr freundlich. Er war sehr bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und jederzeit erreichbar für Fragen.

Bellissima Sardegna
Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in questa bellissima casa a Costa Rei.
La casa è pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per una famiglia. Ha una bellissima veranda dove consumare i pasti "vista mare" e uno stupendo giardino dove rilassarsi e godere del barbeque.
Volendo, si può raggiungere la spiaggia con una breve camminata(10 minuti),ma è comunque un eccellente punto di partenza per visitare tutte le spiagge di questa bellissima costa utilizzando la macchina(posto auto disponibile).
I proprietari, pur non abitando in loco,sono stati gentilissimi già prima del nostro arrivo dando tutte le istruzioni di cui avevamo bisogno e quando siamo arrivati ci hanno omaggiato con un graditissimo vassoio di dolcetti sardi. Inoltre, si sono dimostrati disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta.
Sicuramente speriamo di ritornare al più presto!

Tolle Lage, nette Vermieter, schönes Haus
Wir haben hier zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Die Hanglage des Hauses mit Blick aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist in der Küche gut ausgestattet, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Einfach nur perfekt
Wir waren in den ersten beiden Oktoberwochen in Marios Haus. Alles war perfekt. Die Schlüsselübergabe, von Mario und seiner Frau, war direkt vor Ort. Die beiden geben sich wirklich sehr viel Mühe , das es ein perfekter Urlaub wird. Die Komunikation ist total unkompliziert über Whatsup. Mario und seine Frau versuchen dem Gast fast jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. DIe beiden haben extra für uns die Sträucher vor der Terasse herunterheschnitten, damit wir den Meerblick in seiner vollen Pracht geniessen konnten. Die Aussendusche mit warmen Wasser und Blick auf die Costa Rei haben wir täglich benutzt. Der Garten ist wie beschrieben, völlig uneinsehbar. Danke nochmal für alles.

Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage im Mote Nai mit Meerblick. Grundstück ist sehr sauber, die Außenanlage ist gepflegt, die Außendusche ist ein Hit.
Die Kommuniktion mit Mario ist unkompliziert, er ist jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar.
Wir werden das Häuschen wieder wählen und können es weiter empfehlen.

Perfekter Urlaub!
Wir haben zwei Wochen mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern (1 und 4) in Mario's Haus verbracht und können es sehr weiter empfehlen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen grandiosen Blick auf das Meer, im Garten ist man von herrlichem Grün umgeben, wird von einer Schildkröte besucht und das Haus ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und hat dazu noch ein sehr (!) bequeme und hochwertige Matratze. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight ist die Außendusche im Garten mit Blick auf das Meer - genial! Wir können das Haus auch sehr für einen Urlaub mit Kindern empfehlen. Klar, man muss ein paar Stufen hinauf, aber dafür wird man mit Abgeschiedenheit und einen tollen Blick vom Hang auf das Meer belohnt. Die Kommunikation mit Mario ist hervorragend und bei Fragen ist er sehr gut zu erreichen. Auch wir wurden mit leckeren sardischen Dolci begrüßt und haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

Haus mit herrlichem Meerblick
Durch die Hanglage des Hauses führen ca. 40 Steinstufen nach oben zu dem Anwesen. Das muss man mit Gepäck bewältigen können.
Aber man wird dann durch den herrlichen Panoramablick auf die Landschaft und das Meer belohnt. Das Anwesen und der Garten sind von außen nicht einsehbar, so dass man wirklich ungestört und unbeobachtet ist.
Für kühlere Tage wäre ein kleiner Heizlüfter empfehlenswert.
Wir wurden mit einem Tabelett sardischer Dolci begrüßt, die wir sehr genossen haben.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind nicht nur mit dem Auto, sondern auch zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar durch kleine Fußwege, die abseits der Fahrstraße nach unten führen.
Alles in allem haben wir den Urlaub am Strand und mit Ausflügen ins Hinterland sehr genossen.

Empfehlenswert, phantastischer Blick
Uns ging es bei der Wahl dieses Häuschens um den Blick aufs Meer, den wir von der geschützten, überdachten Terrasse und dem schönen Garten phantastisch erlebten. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet und die Betten mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Die ca. 50 Stufen, die vom Parkplatz zum Häuschen mit Gepäck und Einkäufen zu bewältigen sind, sind zwar anstrengend, haben uns aber nicht gestört. Die Aussendusche wurde der favorite shower Bereich und wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Wir würden das Häuschen wieder wählen und können es weiter empfehlen. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Ein tolles, sehr gepflegtes Grundstück mit fantastischem Ausblickund trotz Trockenheit ist alles grün.
Ein hübsches Haus, sehr sauber,mit allem notwenigen Zubehör ausgestattet, nur die Klimaanlage sollte leistungsfähiger sein aber eine Dusche zur Nacht ( im Haus oder draußen ) hat auch was.

Magnifique ! Détente et panorama grandioses !!!
La maison est idéalement placée pour profiter de la vue (de préférence pour personnes avec bonne mobilité étant donné les escaliers pour y accéder) sur la terrasse. A l'intérieur, elle est très bien agencée, nous y avons trouvé tout le nécessaire. La maison était très propre et bien soignée. A l'extérieur quel plaisir de prendre une douche avec une telle vue. De plus, les propriétaires se sont montrés très aimables, accueillants et disponibles.
L'envie d'y revenir est à 100% présente.

Das Haus befindet sich in der Hanglage und bietet wie auf dem Foto zu sehen einen phantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer. Man kann den Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon aus genießen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar.
Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt. Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Ortskern ist über die Zufahrtsstraße und einen Fußweg in ca. 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Der Ort bietet alles was man benötigt: Supermärkte, Cafes, Restaurants usw...
Ein Fahrzeug sollte auf jeden Fall vorhanden sein!
Im Umkreis von 10 km findet man die verschiedensten Strände. Von einer abseits gelegenen Bucht bis zum,belebten Strand mit Bars. Einer schöner als der andere und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wir waren vom 30.06.2018 bis zum 14.07.2018 vor Ort und bis auf die Wochenenden waren die Stränden überschaubar gefüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Sehr gut ausgestattet und ein toller Blick
Wir (2Personen) waren ab Mitte Mai in Costa Rei und haben ein schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Die Terrasse und der Garten mit Außendusche bieten den perfekten Blick auf das Mittelmeer und Privatsphäre in Vollendung. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in ca 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Der Rückweg dauert etwas länger, da schon einige Höhenmeter zu überbrücken sind. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den sehr angenehmen und unkomplizierten Kontakt mit Mario, dem Vermieter. Wir wurden mit köstlichem sardischen Gebäck empfangen. Ganz toll und sehr lecker. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist der Umgang, bzw die sehr strikte Mülltrennung auf Sardinien...vor allem, wenn man sieht wie viel Müll an beinahe jeder Ecke herum liegt. Noch ein Tip für zukünftige Besucher dieses Hauses: auf jeden Fall einen dicken Pulli mitbringen, da es Abends im Haus recht kühl sein kann. Die Sonne ist am frühen Nachmittag hinter dem Berg. Vorteil: im Sommer wird's wahrscheinlich auch nicht unerträglich heiß. Alles in allem sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus.

We had a car and stayed for 6 days there. Ideal location for people with a car! This house is 2 min driving from restaurants (I want to poit out Da Donato restaurant especially – the best pizza we ate was there!!!), shops, super markets, and cafes. We felt the location was ideal because it was very close to everything but still very private (two mornings wild turtles came to our garden ) . The outdoor garden is ideal place to cook BBQ and to get sunbaths. The view from the terrace is breathtaking! The inside of the villa was clean and well appointed. We cooked in the kitchen as well and had plenty of dishes, pots, and every appliance we needed. The owners were friendly and helpful. We felt really surprised when they didn’t come to check the house when we were leaving, that means that they trust their guests. We fell in love with this villa and Sardinia. We would highly recommend it to others.

Foreign visitors are advised to learn some Italian to avoid any confusion, as English is not widely spoken here. For example we did not realise sheets and towels were not provided. We had a very good holiday and would definitely like to return."
