The property offers bright and spacious accommodation with retained period details , over two levels , private entrance on the ground floor . East sands is situated near the golf courses and fine walks along the East Lothian coastline . Well behaved dogs are more than welcome ! 5 bedrooms sleeps 10 with 1 family bathroom, 1 en-suite a shower room and separate toilet and a new shower room . We originally booked for a family holiday with 3 households. Because of health regulations we had to share the week at the property with only one household staying at a time. We were able to do this as we live only an hour away. We met socially distanced outdoors and made the best of the situation. The property was very clean and comfortable and the owner very helpful.

This was a wonderful place for our family holiday. East Sands provided everything we needed and more besides - delicious cake, prosecco and fresh flowers to greet us. It was spotlessly clean, had comfortable beds and is in the perfect seafront location. We have stayed in a number of properties in North Berwick over the years and this was the best yet!

This was a wonderful place for our family holiday. East Sands provided everything we needed and more besides - delicious cake, prosecco and fresh flowers to greet us. It was spotlessly clean, had comfortable beds and is in the perfect seafront location. We have stayed in a number of properties in North Berwick over the years and this was the best yet!

Couldn't ask for a better location. Short drive to many great courses (can walk to The Glen) and a couple minutes walk from the high street, shops, pubs, groceries. Home is roomy and comfortable with an unbeatable view from the living area bay window. Owner is right next door and even took in an Amazon delivery for us while we were out golfing. Will be back!
Only thing to be aware of is that the main floor is up one longish flight of stairs from street level (there is another unit on the ground floor). Something to keep in mind if anyone in your party is mobility challenged.
